The new blood elf quest lines on the PTR make me hope, even 9at this time they ‘only’ appear to unlock new transmogs.
And there are some for other races, too.
Do I dare hope for an expansion focusing on racial identity?
And yes I am aware that such words would sound pretty risky in the real world, but still, I think that in-game it would be pretty awesome!
Personally I think it would be EPIC.
I wonder if we get a Quel’Thalas rework with it! I want to see the Dead Scar gone!
Or at the very least reduced. So depressing to look at it each time I level a blood elf toon.

Blood elves were quite left behind in the 9.0 customisation patch - made worse by Void elves getting a lot of the BE stuff, erasing a lot of the uniqueness between the races

Precisely the point, and absolutely peculiar considering it is one of the most popular races in game.
Really hope to see it fixed in 10.0
And today is the day we will learn if more character customization is going to be planned as an expansion default.

Tattoos especially. Both the Farstriders and the Magisters use them!
