So here is a little story of my tries to complete ‘The Fall of the Sunwell’ Scenario.
First try: I defeated the Scourge at the beginning, escorted Prince Kael’thas to the Sunwell chamber (pretty challenging for a fresh 80, when all the enemies would likely focus you, ignoring other NPCs), defeated all the enemies inside and he was just staying, doing nothing. So obviously I had no other choice than to reload the instance.
Second try: I defeated the Scourge at the beginning, escorted Prince Kael’thas to the Sunwell chamber where I was feared under the textures and was forced to watch how they kill Prince Kael’thas. So obviously I had to reload the instance.
Third try: basically the same as the first try.
That’s just ridiculous, how can one quest be that bad? And what happened to in-game support? Since when it is so that I can’t contact GM anymore?
What am I supposed to do? Do a fourth try? It was an unpleasant experience, I must say.

Literally happened to me as well, get to the end and Kael thas just stands there, plus why are the mobs so overtuned.

Well, with a bit of luck the fourth try brought me success.
Still it’s not the quality one may expect from World of Warcraft.
I’m literally standing in front of the Sun well, next to Kael’thas and nothing is happening, I tried reloading but as of right now, I am stuck in this instance, can’t walk out cause a big wall ofcourse.
Edit, after 30 minutes I left the instance and did the whole scenario for the second time and then it worked. I expect more from Blizzard with these old bugs.

This quest is real mess. Have tryed more than 7 times allready and it ends in the same way. He stays and does nothing.

ughh .for me he is standing there doing nothing .i will try again and reset it 
edit : still nothing .will try again tomorrow .
Same after all that bs running around on this quest chain ,then this quest escort Prince kael thas to the sunwell world of warcraft quest i found after a number of over powered elites got me killed , kael prince just stands there bugged out just stands there with hes finger up hes backside doing nothing im.having to try again atm what was the most anoying thing was all the running around everwhere questing weve done only to find this main quest part bugged out is there any fix to this blizz or anyone as currently im gonaa have to try like you re run the quest
