I agree. We need more occasions where otherwise completely serious moments pivot to humour without breaking immersion.

Regarding humor, Shadowlands has quite a few quest titles containing puns, by the way. I enjoyed that at least (and nothing else).
A long time ago somebody made a video about Deathwing making a “crater” district in Stormwind. I so wish Blizzard went with that officially! Still giggling when I remember it.
During the course of Shadowlands, these current poopbags who call themselves writers REMOVED more humour than added. So not gonna happen unfortunately, unless Microsoft fires the whole team. Which they 100% should.
