The "Last Man Standing" achievement doesn't work

The title is self-explanatory—the “Last Man Standing” achievement doesn’t work. I am 100% sure that I finished my enemy in a 1v1 fight, he didn’t leave (I survived with 3k hp so there was no point for the enemy to leave). Yet, the achievement wasn’t scored.
The same thing happened to countless people I asked on Firemaw-EU, Earthshaker-EU. The achievement just doesn’t work, so there is literally 0 people on all realms who have the Arena Master achievement.

There were topics regarding the issue back in December and November, yet the bug still remains: Does anyone have the Last Man Standing achievement?

Yeah, we had threads about it before. From what I remember, apparently some people managed to get it in lvl 70 arenas somehow, but it never worked at 80.
