Hi, i´ve already heard that doing this quest is easier with lvl 1´s. But my problem is before even knowing that i could do it with lvl 1´s, i have already leveled the hatchling up to lvl 6 and i dont know what i should do now. It takes a lot of time to lvl others up to 25 :/…

If you have 60 polished pet charm’s you can buy one of these https://www.wowhead.com/item=122457/ultimate-battle-training-stone
and instantly get your pet to 25, otherwise it should be doable with a team of lvl 6 pets as most of the annoying abilities are at max.
Alternatively using a Val’kyr and almost any pet with Black Claw and Hunting Party (or similar abilities) will make the fight very trivial, comment section on WoWhead has a neat little guide and you shouldn’t need your hatchling at max to get quest credit.
the thing is to get a val´kyr, i need a lvl 25 pet… or do you also mean the sunborn ?
and it´s pretty damn hard with lvl 6 
follow a quest chain for a cool mount for 3-4 weeks then BAM pet battles every day for the next week
the % of players who do pet battles is tiny yet you make it FORCED content for a ADVERTISED PATCH FEATURE gg blizz another way to screw with players
