The MW monk changes are NUTS!

Demateralize - 40% reduced dmg taken while stunned for 3 seconds

Eminence - reduced port cd 15 sec Port while stunned and while not stunned its a cast

Refreshing Breeze During Soothing Mist’s channel, Expel Harm’s healing is increased by 15%, and dispels 1 Magic, Disease, or Poison effect from the target. Stacks each time Soothing Mist heals the target.

DUDE!!! Why? THat is surely overkill, or maybe im reading it wrong…

Seen the amount of MWs in PvP? Doubt it’s an overkill.

It is a overkill,they will become unkillable healbots that heal for insane amouth and dont oom…You can remember they were the same in BFA

For a class thats dependant on kiting I dont get these two PvP talents either.

Isnt their supposed to be weakness to get caught and die in stuns? Hows that gonna happen when they can kite among the best and can just port every stun now.

So you don’t even want to touch mw at this point or what was the design philosophy about that talents? Port in stun, passive wall in stun, magic immunity. Amazing pvp talents left and right.

NVM actually, just noticed they removed surging mist lol. Overall their throughput got rekt HARD!

healer meta is not going to change. this changes wont make mw competitive.

all these new shiny toys have to compete for 1 pvp talent spot cuz the other are already taken. most of the reworked new talents are garbage countermagic is gone and that talent alone was 60% of the match vs caster comps

No, it’s not. And as a matter of fact, it never was.
Before the pruning, we had Dematerialize, Nimble brew, Healing elixirs that would automatically trigger at low HP, and Cocoon while stunned.
All of those have been taken away from us.

We also had no GCD on Soothing Mist, an interrupt, Mana Tea to drink while in combat, a lower cooldown on portal and paralysis, 3 charges of RSK, and just so much more that I couldn’t fully list.

Ever since Legion, Mistweaver has been stripped of everything that made it playable. Again, and again.
This patch is the first good thing that’s happened to us in 4 long and painful years.
Hell, they even removed a spell (Mistwalk) mid-expansion at some point.

They have Revival, normal dispel, sphere dispels, passive pain suppresion in stuns and now this :poop:

I dont understand your question. But i can tell you that mw monk dispells are the most anoying bs in the game even right now. For classes like sp and affly…and the got another one +ps in stun which is the only way how to kill them …stun into silence…idk mby we dont understand each other.

Clearly, the 39 games that been played by MW monks last week been so annoying… like come on.

Not like this comp is absolutely not annoying to anyone.

It definitely won’t change much. MW monks will just finally live half a stun, I don’t see anything broken about it, at all. Like did you see the dmg vs a stunned monk? Literally not a single healer takes somewhat cloes to that.
