With this new voting system, the dungeon leave thing is just so dumb and way easier to abuse than before. Like, people who don’t wanna get a penalty don’t even leave, they just Alt+F4 and close the game, so the other 4 of us gotta sit there waiting just to start a vote. We’ve been stuck in a dungeon for 10 minutes now, and if we leave we get punished for no reason. And the worst part? It’s super easy to troll. Since you need 4 votes to pass, if 2 friends queue together and spam “no,” they can literally trap the other 3 people inside. Kinda ridiculous honestly.

As much as I hate this system, please don’t exaggerate. You’re not trapped. You don’t even get flagged for leaving once. And worst-case you get just marked “left some dungeons in the recent history” big-whoop, it may just be worth it to save your sanity…
The solution is, and always was, to find like-minded/skilled players to play with. That hasn’t changed.

If something like that happens just make sure that everyone reports the leaver. Similar situations will happen less and less often once ppl start getting banned.

Uhm, we had a dps disconnect but we were still able to successfully do an abandon vote, just 3 minutes after he disconnected.

Then you get a mark next to your name, some people may avoid you, some people won’t. Just finish a dungeon and it’s gone…

if anything it seems to working as intended
was in 3 keys - in all keys woner made major mistake - all keys were abandoned
people dont hesitate to vote
seems to have backfired nicely at the very crowd which was complainign about leavers .
if anything previously peopel were indeed afraid of reporting - now its jsut vote - all votes go through for abandon
so many keys will be geting downgraded

The only solution to having a fun M+ is to go with friends.

That’s exactly it. People will start to realise why people pug.
Sure if you join a group of friend who want to complete a key, then you don’t have much choice as they’ll vote against you.
But 1 guy who got upset because the 1st person left their key will now see that everyone else was up for leaving it aswell.
Some people dont want to understand but not everyone is doing weekly 10 keys, even if i go with friends or lfg when we fail a mechanic in +14 15 etc you cant finish the key its impossible even if there is no wipe sometime its impossible to time it with a few deaths and when 5 people is willing to leave we still have to wait the voting this is so stupid this system should be only keys that are up to +10. Doing a key that is higher than 10 for gear/vault doesnt make sense when the drop is still heroic.
