You can get it back add +open steam://open/minigameslist to the end of target in the shortcut.
I honestly donāt get all the complaints. Opted in for the Beta just to see what the fuzz was aboutā¦
Horizontal to vertical news, took them long enough. Never was a fan of Horizontal-scrollable content on a non-mobile device.
Pause button on the moving news items is another great addition (or did it already exist? never seen it).
Bigger social-part, didnāt need it but Iām not going to be upset about it.
Other than that, itās positively clean, a little sober, gives you decent info, quite intuitive, download speed etc seems to be improved a little and more accurate (and those funky colors are tidied up), subscription remaining is a bit nicer (hated that +button) and the other (non-installed) games are hidden without them triggering a āI miss a part of the appā-feeling.
Some fonts and sizes are a bit off, but thatās a minor thingie. Resizable content would be nice tho, at least horizontally.

Some of us just like minimal things and not all the extra gloss that comes with it. Not sure that really should be seen as negative.
We just have different opinions. I find it is very minimal. I like it.
