This is a critical part of progressing challenging content.
Without it you would in best case make qualified guesses, and in most cases just guesses, wich often will end up spinning the wheels.

not going to happen, if the key goes wrong, they will just leave. Noone gonna be toxic towards you. I’m absolutely sure about that.
Maybe in lower keys some people are toxic, because they might believe are in elo hell. Blizzard could fix this, simply by removing the depletation system and letting the key stay on its level until pushed. Not a single sane person would be mad at you for performing terribly.
This might be the first thing you said that i actually agree on.
Depleting the keys seem to be a root cause of a lot of grief from your fellow M+ players

it’s funny, but that’s not how it works. People with real-world obligations won’t ever join a sweat guild. And not even in a sweat guild it’s that toxic (I’ve been in some :D). It’s just a competitive environment and these people love it. I used to as well. You will never experience that way in PUG.
