But Esfand says “So long as it’s not taking away from your game” - And people are asking for WOTLK Era servers, not getting them because progress has to march on for a shortened Cataclysm before they release MOP.

So if people wanted to keep playing WOTLK, which was the peak of the game’s popularity and cultural relevance, they cannot because Cataclysm is coming.

i will say it again and again .

there is absolutely no excuse for not keeping at least 1 pve and 1 pvp era server.

there was also absolutely no sxcuse from blizzard to not keep 1 pve 1 pvp tbc server - even if it would be for 100 people then they should keep it as form of virtual museum .

more so they made huge business mistake imo for not releasing classic era then tbc era as f2p version of wow.

The no cata players are the ones who fighted to acually getting Classic. Its clearly not the same players at all.

I dont care for cata but Blizzard gonna milk classic as long as they can, ppl will try cata and then the game might follow in retail fotstep and slowly bleed.

Anyway, if ppl want cata and there is enough money in it for Blizzard, why not, give them cata for all that I care.

Again, as you can read in the OP im not saying anything to those who wants Wotlk era servers, I want Wotlk era too.

Who I’m talking about are those classic andys who just dont like cataclysm.
