been trying to improve my mental health, and decided to try and bake something because someone told me it could be therapeutic.
i tried making cinnamon rolls because theyâre my favourite thing ever, and with a little bit of help from my wife to show me how to do the trickier stuff i succeeded
the finished result is genuinely very tasty and i shared them with my coworkers today who also agree

Itâs getting darker now, and while some may find it depressing Iâm quite fond of it.
As the colour palette of the world changes completely, to black, and deep blues while some lights make it golden!
As someone who love blue, this is my favourite time of year

Got to spend a good 4-5 hours chatting and playing games with my best friend after having been unable to connect for over a week thanks to various issues preventing both of us. Feels good.

Took my GF to a whale watching safari today from work.
Had a wonderful 8 hours on the tour on the outskirts of Skjervoy, Norway, near Tromso.
We saw several pods of Orcas, some right next to our boat, as well as a couple of big finwhales. Humpbacks and Greenland whales evaded us this time, but I didnât mind at all.
The seasonâs in full swing and will continue until the end of January, for those of you interested to go and see these magnificent animals!

I learned about Ibelin. His story inspired me tonight to break out of the âstanding around shylyâ rut that I -know- plagues others as much as it does me. I just went for it, I found the first character standing alone, I didnât give those doubts about my character or my writing a single chance. I initiated, gave their profile a good read and got them talking about themselves. I donât know if they enjoyed it, but I hope itâs the start of something good for me, and maybe the players around me. And if it is, I have Ibelin to thank. Respect to everyone involved in that story.

Reading the Saga of Tyrdda Bright-Axe still gives me goosebumps, like it did ten years ago when Inquisition came out. Itâs a shame that they hid this gem of a poem in the codex, where I expect the majority of players to miss it.

What makes me happy is that I am back on WoW!
So I came back from a Working Holiday in Japan this March. I went there from February 2023 to March 2024. It was an amazing experience! And I still think about it once a week.
But I havenât played WoW for almost a year. I was reading the forums everyday though, and for all the complaints about the forums I have to say there are so many nice people on the forums too. Also many Dutch people! Fellow dutch player here!
Maybe some of you guys know me I also have been on Argent Dawn for years. From the Eighth Regiment. Lloyd Anderson, still playing him now. I even one time shared my guild with a guy named Tontas a Gilnean. Saw he was posting some stuff on the forums I disagree with though so sad about that.
