The punishmet of liking PVP

Tell me more about how getting more honor per game (reducing the amount of PVP you need to do) counts as a PVP update.

As a PvP lover with 25 HKs+ combined on two characters I agree.

Have you seen rogue T2 bonus? pure pvp bonus so why gate it behind the weekly RNG.
And then they just put ridiculous amount of stamina on pvp set, blanket damage reduction and HP pool increase (only in BGs lol) and call it a day while bonuses are complete garbage like -1 sec gouge cooldown. Like really??

Well it is 100% a PvP update though, you can’t deny that.

dont feed this troll, lol. actual cope over there

Dumb or troll? you decide

Not a very good one that took any time or resources from Blizzard’s part. Blizzard care as little about PVP as most of the player base, I’m afraid.

I’m sorry, Mr. Zero-post-nobody says what?

Do you know what cope means, Wave?

What do I have to cope with? More honor from PVP means doing less PVP, that’s good for everybody that doesn’t like PVP.

It’s funny actually, because the Ashenvale update also meant doing less PVP. Still convinced Blizzard care about you or your opinion?

The correct statement would have been: Why can regular players bring their Gold and Items into our ARAM Match?

Is something stopping you from getting gold and items the same way that ‘regular’ players do?

Update is update. just because it wasn’t a good one doesn’t even remotely say how much the devs or PVP players care about it. Currently this “minigame” made BWL a raid log experience and ZG/Thunderaan are two things people hardly care for.
Something you twist to make PvP seem irrelevant, when it isn’t even close to lol.

That’s exactly what the game is designed for. It’s Classic without having to grind for 4 hours a night in order to keep up with consumable costs.

Trade chat, LFG chat and world chat are full of people looking for pugs for (insert non-PVP content here) and absolutely zero looking for PVP content.

Deal with it.

you trying to convince others or yourself?

you need in both gamemodes consumes for optimal performance.

yeah you trying to convince yourself atm, maybe filter for PvP as well instead having your PvE tinted goggles on.

I don’t have to convince anybody, you said it yourself. You literally said ‘raid log experience’.

Yes, and in SoD you can get consumables without grinding for 4 hours per night. They’re dirt cheap thanks to the Undermine Real system.

How does one filter the ingame trade and LFG channel chats?

Currently as I stand AFK in Stormwind with trade chat open, there’s somebody LFG for Stratholme, DMW and Molten Core. There’s a few people selling enchants and a couple of guild recruitments.

0 people looking for PVP.

Nobody has been looking for PVP since lose-premades were nerfed. That’s how good PVP is, people wanted to lose quickly to meet the honor caps. The only talks about PVP are you crying about shamans in every thread and other people crying about paladins.

P.S. I don’t have to ‘cope’, I lose nothing if Blizzard actually update PVP and make it more enjoyable and rewarding. Personally I’d prefer it if they did, but I don’t see it happening and you idiots are still going to find a reason to cry anyway. You yourself can’t go an hour without crying about shamans.

Not sure what you looking at but you must be trolling, it is nothing new.
People are consistently LF AB premades due to the lack of it, or being a class that isn’t as popular in PvP as Boomies/Shamans/Hunters/Healers except Paladin. Selective ignoring there ofc.

“only talks”, please you ignore half the information in LFG/world, what makes you qualified to even talk about EU/US forums.
Doesn’t matter which you look at, if you even did that in the first place, because both forums have the shaman/horde broken racial complaints or anything related to PvP.

In League of Legends that’d be impossible.

Afaik, some of the r14 weapons are on par with mc too. Perditions is equal to dagger, BRE is also not bad. If i remember correctly.

And yet, pvp was also what put wow into the e-sport scene (arena in tbc for instance)

You cant compare todays SoD, with OG vanilla. That argument wont work.

This has been proven MULTIPLE (!) times in wow throughout the years. The majority of the pvp-player base HATED(!) that you had to pve to be “competitive” in pvp. Every expansion (without exception) up until mop had pve items in pvp.

If you dont do pvp, thats fine, but why are you so against that pvp players get the best gear for pvp?

And yet, the pve players get an advantage.

I dont think blizzard considers raid-logging to the be the “main game”.

Because PVP gear in SoD is easier to get than raid gear. Unless Blizzard release PVP gear with a resilience/pvp power stat like in MoP, I’d have to grind PVP for PVE content.

Grinding honor for a month is guaranteed loot, playing the loot pinata once per week is going to take more time.

Because that was one of the first games TO allow competitive PVP, TBC was back in 2007, what else existed at the time? A super laggy version of counter strike?

What advantage? We get to run into a battleground with 3.5k health and get globalled? Nice.

Yet their resources are mostly spent on raiding and balanced for raids.

I’d rather have zero post than over 3k posts of flood, offtop and nonsense like comparing wow with cs

That is debatable. Getting rank 13/14 gear requires more time than getting raid gear.

Thats perfectly fine, i want them to add pvp stat on pvp gear. Let each “mode” have the best gear for said “mode”.

If you compare it hour by hour it looks different. The amount of hours spent grinding honor is more than you spend farming gear in pve.

My point was that pvp was what brought it to the scene, not pve. Even so, pve didnt become a thing until much later (on/in the scene and even then it was mediocre in comparisment)

The gear you get in pve is bis in both pvp and pve. You dont have to do ANY pvp, and still get bis gear for it.

i’d call that an advantage.
