So in the evolution of WoW, we had a zillion quality of life fixes, to make all our lives easier and more pleasurable.
Instant mail, cross realm BG’s, LFG, Transmogs, no more skill ranks, simpler talent tree, better class balance, easier leveling, heirlooms, buying gold with real money, transfers, name changes, faction changes, level boosts, dynamic respawns, expansions, you name it.
These and others are the things that transformed the Vanilla game into the current retail version. Now we’ve gotten a chance to play our old game again, without all those quality of life changes.
And yet the forum is filled with requests for quality of life changes.
It is the game without all these changes that made for the 2005 experience. Just enjoy it, it’s a really nice game
I want lfr it made WoW much better jk tbh i have never had such a blast and fun experiance in WoW levling from scrach like i have had with Classic.
I love needing on a gear i want and winning it feeling a little bit stronger, levling up and get a new skill or talent, not being the damn hero or champion just a normal advanturer that no NPC will remember.
The biggest problem is that while most of us can agree that there is one or possibly two QoL changes that would really improve things, we can’t agree on what those one or two things are, what I would like to see added would ruin it for someone else, and vice versa. Fortunately most of us also realise this and so have opted for the ‘no changes’ option as being the best compromise.
