The Quality Of Life

So in the evolution of WoW, we had a zillion quality of life fixes, to make all our lives easier and more pleasurable.
Instant mail, cross realm BG’s, LFG, Transmogs, no more skill ranks, simpler talent tree, better class balance, easier leveling, heirlooms, buying gold with real money, transfers, name changes, faction changes, level boosts, dynamic respawns, expansions, you name it.

These and others are the things that transformed the Vanilla game into the current retail version. Now we’ve gotten a chance to play our old game again, without all those quality of life changes.

And yet the forum is filled with requests for quality of life changes.

It is the game without all these changes that made for the 2005 experience. Just enjoy it, it’s a really nice game

100% agree
I am having a blast being furious at drop rates or named mob tagging.

No pain no gain is the vanilla experience. It sucks and is great at the same time.

I want lfr it made WoW much better jk tbh i have never had such a blast and fun experiance in WoW levling from scrach like i have had with Classic.
I love needing on a gear i want and winning it feeling a little bit stronger, levling up and get a new skill or talent, not being the damn hero or champion just a normal advanturer that no NPC will remember.

Simply because many of these changes made perfect sense as we progressed in time.

The real vanilla/classic fans won’t want it, but any hybrids most likely do and I still have a feeling that is quite a big group.

I don’t think those QoL changes should be implemented either, but it does make sense in 2019.

I hate it. But then it feels great when it drops and you finally loot the last item you needed.

What I want to know is where is my damn key chain! I remember having it in Vanilla well enough! What the hack, Blizz?!:rofl::rofl:

The biggest problem is that while most of us can agree that there is one or possibly two QoL changes that would really improve things, we can’t agree on what those one or two things are, what I would like to see added would ruin it for someone else, and vice versa. Fortunately most of us also realise this and so have opted for the ‘no changes’ option as being the best compromise.

It should be there, somewher somebody from Blizz said “Yes it is in the game”.

But it is clearly not? You can check for yourself if you have Gnomer or SM or Searing Gorge keys (I haven’t gotten any further yet)

We will get them in phase 2. When is phase 2, thats the question tho
