Disclaimer : I am not trying to ask for any changes to happen. I am just trying to discuss about it.
While attempting to do the level 22 stonetalon quest named “Gerenzo’s Orders” I have come to the realization that one cannot always assume the quest will be as easy as its level and quest text suggests.
In this quest for example it has no indication that this is not really that soloable, at least in its yellow level range.
By accepting the quest you need to defend that goblin from at last 2 waves of 3+ kobolds which is pretty touch to survive, at least as a warrior.
In old Allakhazam comments there were even a warrior who was having trouble doing the quest as a level 31 (I do not know if the quest was nerfed since then).
If you come upon such a {defend the npc from waves) quest in classic you should really not being shy about asking on the chat for some help
