IC Part:
Citizens of the Horde the Reliquary needs you!
With the discovery of Mechagon and Nazjatar, and the current state of our newest allies, the Zandalari, we need to set our focus from the past to the present as well.
We, the Reliquary Institute, represented by the famous Headmistress Ariena Dawnharvest, are looking for able bodied people to join us in our next expeditions. All three of our specialised branches are currently seeking reinforcement. Said branches being the following:
Discovery, the Examiners, they who head into the field and locate locations of interest for further analysis.
Recovery, the Excavators, they who head into the field towards the pre-located places of interest to uncover, and return to Silvermoon City, any relics or items of interest.
Research, the Researchers, they who research and unlock the mysteries and history to be found behind said recovered relics.
Each branch is specialised in its field of work and thus needs to be performed with the utmost excellence. In return for a high payment, insurance and high quality gear we expect peak performance and the purest dedication.
We accept every member of the horde and will perform a background check on every recruit. Be aware, however, that Death Knights and Demon Hunters will need to undergo additional screening due to their volatile nature and their tendency to have goals which do not align or even slow down the goals of the Reliquary and its allies.
In addition to this, we provide classes and lectures to ensure all our employees their knowledge is accordingly to the performance we wish to continue. If you wish to join but you feel your knowledge is inadequate at the time of reading, we can provide specialised lessons in magic, archaeology and scrying, Provided by mages who have spent their lifetimes expanding their knowledge.
If you are in need of an income consisting of royal payment and you’re always wanted to learn, to see the world and unlock its secrets. Feel free to seek out our office on the royal exchange in Silvermoon City. Here you will find those in charge with us, who will readily respond to all of your questions. Being as following:
Headmistress Ariena Dawnharvest, Institute Principal.
Head Examiner Lienyn “Lynx” Starshade, Discovery.
Lead Excavator Eldaene Dawnreaver, Recovery.
Erlund Cinderfell, coordinator of the contractors.
Join us and see a whole new world!
OOC Part:
Who are we?
We are the Reliquary Institute. We represent a playable part of the infamous Reliquary, you know, initially introduced as the bad guys in Uldum, but found in other areas, for example Tanaris and the Badlands, where they provide a horde counterweight against the Explorer’s League presence. Our focus in RP is set to locating, retrieving and researching relics and items we find during our many events.
Whilst The Reliquary is known for digging up Relics, as seen on previously mentioned sites, we do focus on more adventure and action driven events. We represent the more dangerous and concealed Missions.
The Guild was founded by Arypus Coldgaze in 2013 (late MoP) and is currently lead by Ariena Dawnharvest and her officers.
What can you expect?
We hold 3 events per week, one for each branch. Attendance is not limited per branch, as per such someone from the recovery branch can join events aimed for the discovery or research branch, and vice versa. All events are open for all our members!
We provide Immersive story-driven events where your every move can make a change in the long run. Your actions will have consequences, good ones and bad ones. Joining an event can and will shape the result of it.
You can expect a solid and fair Rank-system, story driven and social focussed events, a fair and friendly ambiente which seeks to inspire you to participate as well, and the possibility to weave your own story-arcs and DM your own events (After discussing said event and it’s planning with the officers, ofcourse.).
We have no uniform for you to wear. Only the tabard is mandatory during official tasks (Meetings, Missions, Lessons). Although it is appreciated to match your event-gear with the tabard, it is not obligated.
What we expect from you:
We expect every member to act mature and level headed. We don’t need/want drama or conflict within our ranks. We are all in the guild by choice and we would hate to see the community turn sour due to drama, rabble-rousing, racism or similar negativity. It would be a shame and ruin the fun we all aim to have.
Since our content can be a serious with the expressions of violence and gore we do advise people who are sensitive to this topic to refrain from joining. We are aware that the age restriction is 12+, but the content we deliver can be a bit to much for some.
What do we offer in addition:
We have a Discord-Server and a very active playerbase. OOC Events are held on a regular basis and we even stay in touch in other games as well.
We are open for any idea that will improve the guild ic and ooc. Share your thoughts, ideas and impressions with us.
How can your reach us:
You can either look out for us via /who Reliquary or seek us out at our office on the royal exchange (Archeology Trainer).
If you are willing to join but you are not sure how, you can always ask us and we can make sure that you will get the chance for recruitment during an event. There are posters posted at the bulletin boards around the major cities of the horde for anyone to read icly.
You can also reach us through whisper or in-game mail on following characters:
ArĂŻena (Headmistress)
Altiena (Headmistress)
Lienyn (Head Examiner)
Eldaene (Lead excavator)
Erlund (Coordinator of the contractors)
We look forward to meet you and wish you a good day!
