It won’t affect gameplay. The amount of “win” a player gets from this is insignificant. You are attempting to create drama where none exists. So yes I can tell you otherwise.

I have nothing against hardcore players either, I admire them for dedicating so much time and effort to their favorite hobby. Its just a shame that their approach to the game flowed down to the bulk of the players.
As for Hydrax, I love the server and the community but there are so few of us Horde side, it feels a bit desolate. Luckily I’m guilded, it helps a lot… Hopefully we’ll get an influx of players with the blood elves arriving on the scene.

You can work out the value of a package deal easly seeing as we have known variables in it but you are clearly not good at thinking logicaly or do you think you got shadowlands for free in the “heroic edition” stop pretending you know anything about how you calculate the value of things, No there are nothing on the blizzard store for 3$ but you cant buy things like the mount from the heroic edition ether and there the value propesition was way better seeing as you buy the expansion that costs 40 eur and get a discount on the boost that costs 60 normaly for the then comparativly low price of 55 eur. There you could argue about what things are worth though.

You can work out the value of the package deal That’s fine the average blizzard mount =£19 which you get two of one retail one tbc the average pet =£9 the average toy =£9 boost =£39 30 days of game time=£9 so the thing should cost =£109 so I don’t have a clue how you managed to pull $3 for a mount.

Well we actually only know the prices in $ not in but I just went with the uk minmum wage becouse its a fairly standard amount. The month is 15$. Things you cant buy any other way should not be compared to other things you normaly can buy but a normal mount costs around 25$ on the store. But once again for example the one from the heroic edition cant be calculated at that value seeing as its not for sale without the package deal. Thats how im pulling out the 3,75 value.
You were the one claiming that the pvp mount is free. Time investment is an investment as well if you go out and grind gold instead of do pvp for the marks you gain a much higer amount of gold than a mount is worth so your “free” pvp mount wasnt free.
You have been for changes that came in later into the game there for more tailored towards you seeing as you wouldnt be arguing for those changes unless you got somethign out of it. I called LoL p2w seeing as you can buy literal power by buying more choices in a team based game where the first advantage you can have over anybody els is choice. P2W did from the begining mean that you could buy an advantage over anyone els at all it have been watered down by people who pretend that just buying a small advantage is not pay to win. No cosmetics (like the toys) are not pay to win actually you are just trying to poision the well now.
And a big tip for you is learn to use the qoute system would make replying to you less confusing but then you wouldnt be able to pretend like people say other things than they do.

That process is irrelevant as TBC changes the way riding costs work.
In classic, the riding skill is cheap (20g before discounts), there is only one rank, and its simply race-specific (wolf riding, horse riding, etc.), and the mounts are what’s expensive.
Starting with TBC, the mounts are cheap (even the epic flying mounts cost a mere 200g), and the riding skill is a) tiered and b) expensive. An epic ground mount in TBC costs 90g. The skill to use it costs 600g.
So what exactly am I saving by having this mount on an alt? 90g?
WoW, that’s about an hour worth of raidbuffs.

The problem wasnt the £ price allthough changing the currency is a way to muddy the water the real problem with his argument was the he pretends like he know for sure that the EXLUSIVE items from the collectors edition are valued the same as other simular things. Lets give a easy to grasp example to disprove that point. Lets say there is a game out there that costs 40 eur and it have a dlc that costs 15 eur. They realse a collectors edition with a statue, a nice cloth map and that dlc you get all of that for the price of 70 eur. You know that simular statues cost around 50 eur. The value of the statue cant then be 50 eur if that is the case, the statue and the map share the price of 15 eur seeing as you bought the game and the dlc for their full price in that deal. Now back to actuall reality we know what the boost and month costs for a fact we cant buy the other things you get in the delux edition at all therfor they share a cost of the rest of the price.

I was watching the same video lol.
It is not confirmed by Amazon yet, but if it goes live or if they give any hint that it will go live, I will not play the game. So my point stands.
I will wait for the new MMO that you play to win and not pay to win. Ashes of Creation, Mortal online 2, or any other MMO that doesn’t have a cash shop that will be released next.
And if none of them is so, I’d rather play on a TBC private server or go back in time to Ultima Online, Everquest or OSRS.
I don’t want an MMO to keep my wallet on the desk on the ready to pay for another service every week. I could pay like 500 euros upfront for the game purchase for a good game if they go with the promise that there won’t be a cash shop in the game.
I spend my time in video games to play on an even playing field, not to race with my platinum credit card.
And I’m not alone, there are millions of players that feel like me.

I recently got Cyberpunk 2077, yeah I waited for the stable version. It gave you so really good stuff to start with, a sword for instance and that didn’t take away from the game.
seems logical maybe but its not then I just got 20 eur free value from the 2 free pets that are on the store right now. They might be free for a special thing but that makes no difrence as pets usally cost 10 eur each.
Maybe check ashes again they allready sell stuff in their shop and that game is hardly at alpha
