Fair, you did specify on the forums and in a part you are right, I also have left threads behind based on the direction they’ve taken afer a time, I cannot deny this.
This I don’t agree with tho, in the end its all data, the real problem is if people become to apathetic to tell you about their frustrations, because at that point you’ll start bleeding people without knowing why. It maybe disheartening for some people to read how other people feel about a game they like, but for blizzard such information is very important. There is no such thing as positive or negative feedback, there is only feedback and varying degrees of being able to deal with it (and argueably if people devolve in swearing and namecalling I would categorically not see that as feedback because yes I get people do that too)
That often comes after, pity the person who never comes down from a high.
I get it was a late edit but I agree actually with this statement that there’s just not a lot of feedback to get from such a frustration post:
But even then, the data arguement still applies because its still scaleable: one person spouting vitriol is indeed not something you should pay attention too
10? probably a smaller community of people who feel that way egging eachother on
100? are we sure we’ve got a full view on the issue at hand? (there’s always more people who do not comment then there are people who comment)
1000? houston we have a problem.
It just means you’ll have to be the one to do the searching yourself for the problem, your customers are users not technical experts, maybe they don’t have the vocabulary to express themselves otherwise, maybe they don’t know better, doesn’t mean they can’t try and have their voices be heared.
Which is ineffective and unfortionate, but atleast 1000 people still care enough to complain.
I did reply to the people who were giving real feedback but I wont feed the trolls who are here just to be toxic and antagonise, if anything, you’re rage baiting
If you think raids are the content of an expansion, we wouldn’t need any expansions. The expansion should first continue the story of the world and the characters while raids and dungeons are parts of the story, not the only content.
I know that WoW has been dumbed down a lot by “raid or die” or “M+ or die” but even D3/D4 had more story than TWW.
1 6 boss raid, 1 2 boss raid and 1 single boss raid, so 9 bosses in total. Thats pretty much a regular raid tier. Like its added variety, but lets not threat it as something special.
