The unfortunate truth

Sod and era have similar number of players now, check ironforge.pro.

Sod has failed because the classic wow team dont understand how to make a good game.

delusional, ERA was their backdoor to always get time to fix stuff in such retail or all this classic rereleases and SOD version games.

There is nothing better than having runnning few severs for a game where you dont have to pay for extra content development and still get subs from players that eventually can visit their shop for more games once they get bored of ERA.

So its with fresh release since now, zero development free cash.

The floodgates are definitely being opened. Question is, how long until this kills the game.

It won’t kill the game. But in the end, only GDKPers, parsers and rushers will remain.

Eventually their claim will come true: They’ll be the only ones playing the game.

It’ll be a bot infested gdkp rmt universe. Far away from what the original classic advocates actually hoped to get from Blizzard.

I’m on my way out of online gaming. Three 6 month subs less.

Good bye folks. It’s been a good time while it lasted.

If they released a fresh classic itll be worse than the 2019 release, giving up on the game is the wise option at this point.
