It seems I cant loot any gift under the tree.Is this normal or a bug?

Isn’t it after 11am Server time? Or is that only retail?
Actually I can do it now. No quest markers remember.

I cant loot on 2 of my 60s, maybe because I already loot last year ? or maybe because both migrate 4month ago ?
No problem on my others alt ( 2 60s and 2 40s ) who have never loot winter gifts last year and never migrate…
yes,the alt who never did the quests can,but the two 60’s that already have ,cant loot any presents.
so nothing about the migration, maybe you can loot only once with a char no matter years 
Yeah, something is wrong here.
I guess they forgot to reset the quests for the chars that looted presents last year.
My newer level 20-40 alts work just fine and can get presents.
I think that’s right, they haven’t been reset from last year.
Edit: I have thought of something, maybe they reset at 11am US time?
I guess that could be.
In retail the quests have been reset by now though.
Cannot open any gifts either, just like the others. All i get is “There is a pile of wrapped gifts here.”
Yet I’ve been a good Tauren this year… cry

Its all useless for levels beneath 60 anyway, they changed it so this year so you can’t loot anything rare out of the presents, you only get food items…
Not only is my level 60 only getting the message “There is a pile of wrapped gifts here” when interacting with gifts under the tree, but I can only interact with 3 out of th enormal 5 interactable gifts. I have submitted this as a bug, but I don’t have a lot of faith that this will be adressed in time.

I’ve had 4 pets, two snowmans and 2 helpers at the mid 20s.
dammit, and here I thought I earned my coal in the stocking…

The US are having the same problem, now that they are complaining it may be fixed.
