There has always been, a vocal minority of players through the years that have complained, wanted X nerfed, or just straight out whinnied. Not just in Wow, but in earlier MMO’s too., Everquest, SWG, AO
Ive watched the rage and unsub threads due to Thekal queues, then once they gave us a new server, all i seen was, this is bull, now were going to have one faction going to 1 server, then the other faction to the other. Thanks blizz !! faction imbalance incoming ffs!! this is bull im unsubbing.
We all loved no RDF in classic, now all i see is, this is bull im un subbing because theres no RDF. WE WANT RDF.
We cant beat the Russians in AV. BAN THE RUSSIANS IN AV CAUSE WE CANT WIN AGAINST THEM. have you seen Ukraine ? ban them !
Stop crying about everything. grow up, go outside. do something else with your time.
It’s not WotLKC anymore. Classic and TBCC were reasonable representations of the originals (even if they cut TBCC ridiculously short at the end), WotLKC is not.
i played Wotlk ( albeit not for long ) not having RDF wont destroy your experience. Also, Classic and TBC were nothing like the vanilla experiences of the game . But that didint stop you from enjoying them ?
No, They gave people what they enjoyed. a system, that encouraged people to communicate to form groups, speak to each to other, then go in and do the dungeon. (Every single mmo before wow did this) instead of pressing one button and be in with people you’ll never see again. They did this, people loved it ! Now people are unsubbing over it. do you see what im saying with people cant be pleased
The whole point of classic is to re-experience the old expansions, as they were. Otherwise the content wouldnt be any more “classic” than the one available on retail right now. If Blizzard just sticked to making the game an original experience, of course not everyone would be pleased. Every player had their favorite expansion. However, the reason for classic servers to play expansion -quote- “how they were back then”, is not here any longer.
In vanilla and tbc classic Blizzard made changes with the intention to make the game a close-as possible experience, as it was back in the day. If its technically needed, their actions are justified in a way. Now, Blizzard is just doing whatever they want (adding/removing features, mixing expansions and change the endgame design) and the justification for these changes is lost when it comes to the reason of classic itself: re-experiencing expansions as they were back then.
RDF was never part of Classic (I assume you’re talking about Vanilla Classic), nor was it part of TBC.
Ultimately, people liked Wotlk. They wanted it to be the same as they remember, likewise when original Classic released. I personally don’t care about RDF but a lot of people did because it was part of Wotlk and removing/adding random stuff from the game is going to cause more problems than it solves when we’re discussing Wotlk.
Exactly, in the past Blizzard listened to the vocal minority and that’s why WoW ended up like retail. This time Blizzard choose their own path and ignoring all the complainers and so far I think they’re doing pretty well.
And we don’t want RDF, the argument by saying for those who are against just don’t use it is invalid. Once RDF is implemented the people who are against it are forced to use it, that’s how it works and you know it.
We don’t want RDF, only 1% of the player base wants RDF.
