opposite for me, it’s easier than ever before to move around and I can fly from the top of valdrakken to any zone in like 30-45 seconds so I actually traverse the zones just for the hell of it these days, whereas in SL / bfa i never left the capital.

I suppose it’s fitting that it’s sunday and it’s about what i expected from the op
unless you land many times because you just have to have the dirt and chest.
then you can fly all day long without landing.
you can easily fly around all areas as many times as you want without running out of vigor
Just for curiosity, since it’s Sunday and I have nothing to do, I checked out some distances between fairly distant points in the different expansions, in Blizzard’s “Yards”, with the help of TomTom
Wrath: Coldarra to tip of Howling Fjord: 13311
Dragonflight: Wingrest Embassy to south tip near Azure Archives: 9214
Wrath: Dala to tip of Howling Fjord: 8459
Black Temple to North Netherstorm (Forge Base: Gehenna) 9199
Legion: Dala to North tip of Highmountain: 7227
Kul Tiras: SE Tiragarde (Castaway Point) to NW Stormsong (Slickspill): 6300 (seems short by comparison, but don’t forget we also had Zandalar)
Make of that what you will.
P.S. I never noticed before, but with “310% flying”, we are moving at just over 60 miles/hr in this frame, which makes Dragonriding’s normal max of 929% equivalent to 180 m/hr.

So we can eyeball that Broken isles is a bit on the small side, but they’re all comparable.
Sorry to hear that Puny. I am really enjoying and think it’s the most outstanding content brought in for a good while. I hope they can do something about that so you and others can enjoy to it’s full potential.
I must add that I get a very weird sensation if my char falls from a great height after being dismounted. I wonder if it’s what falling really feels like, psychologically and balance ways. I hope never find out in RL. It,s freaky.
