Sorry but no it is no fun seeing all your leaders deleted infront your eyes without being able to stop it. Horde story sucks period.
You can’t continue because you’ve made too many attempts.
No he is not and he does not need to make same topic every 2 days its getting past a troll/joke stage now and showing an unhealthy mind about it. Same rubbish every single week and its really annoying.
But can’t you see the parallels?
Lok’tar ogar, Victory or Death! may as well be Give me liberty or give me death!
It’s straight up the American independence war and it’s the same themes of heroic deeds and the fight for freedom, and that freedom is won through sacrifice.
I mean, if you just want a Superman story, well then DC has that aplenty, but that’s not the kind of story that Warcraft goes for.
For the alliance they do. They get to be great heroes and survive the most laughable odds.
He doesn’t understand the lore and probably never will.
- Freedom from warmongering (Garrosh)
- Freedom from slavery (Gallywix)
- Freedom to choose their own path and not being watched as monsters (The Forsaken)
It’s warcraft lore so old, yet some people…
Not for the alliance no. They get to have everything good without any negative consequences.
Alliance suffering:
- Burning down of Telldrassil
- Bombing of Theramore
- Loss of Varian, Tirion Fordring and Arthas
Looking forward to your unhinged reaction once more Erevien. But will ignore now, good night all.
I never neglected that the alliance lost some stuff. It is still not as much as the Horde did. The alliance can afford to lose SOME things due to their overreaching presence in the whole world. A luxury the Horde never had because their cast and settlements were less from the beginning.
“the subjective experience of perceived self-doubt in one’s abilities and accomplishments compared with others, despite evidence to suggest the contrary” Imposter Erevien Syndrome
There’s quite more we could add as lost settlements Alliance side. Horde lost 2. One of which was destroyed by their own Warchief-at-the-time.
And please scratch Arthas from that list.
Another useless post and thread from the op
But like I wrote just before, then the story of the Alliance is based on traditional knights and castles. King Arthur and all that.
I mean, Uther Pendragon is the father of King Arthur. In Warcraft it’s Uther the Lightbringer who is the mentor of Prince Arthas. It’s pretty much on the nose, right?
And again, the Alliance gets to be great heroes because their story is one of kings and knights. The focus is rarely on whether or not they survive, but rather on their steadfastness with regards to their virtues in the face of evil. That’s always been the core theme of medieval knights. They fight for good and righteousness and have to go up against the evil dragon or witch or whatever it is. And it’s a test. It’s always a test. It’s never about being strong or powerful or surviving or dying. It’s a test of virtues and whether you can hold onto them in the face of evil, or whether you succumb to the darkness.
In WoW the virtues of righteousness and nobility and justice and so on, are exemplified through The Holy Light and different characters struggle to uphold their virtues when put to the test. Arthas falters and succumbs to the darkness, and we’ve just seen Anduin having been lost and struggling to find his faith in The Light again.
Those are classical story themes going back to King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table.
Can’t you see that?
Blizzard portrays the alliance as stronger while the Horde is always 5 minutes away from collapsing. There is no fun in that. I want it to change easy as that.
No, you don’t.
Because you ignore ALL THE THINGS that the horde has been given over the years that Alliance has not. But you want more because you’re biased and act like a spoiled little kid.
Make the call Erevien.
You’re out of control.
Isn’t it funny that people call you unhinged when the Horde gets less content all the time? Get real.
You did that yourself.
You admitted to seeing a professional.
You claimed to be doing better months ago.
You are not.
I am better. But my passion to get my favorite faction a better lore is also there now. You can do mentally fine while doing the thing you love in private life.
You are lying to yourself.
It’s not passion. It’s obsession.
And you’re blinding yourself to facts. You are ignoring everything except for the same stuff you have been repeating for years and years.
Those things do not exist in a vaccuum. And since you either don’t understand that or refuse to acknowledge that, you cannot be helped. You are obsessed.
Best thing for you would be to step away from this game completely and find a healthier hobby to obsess over.
Or the alliance community finally admits that Blizzard treats them much better then the Horde. Starting with yourself.
