In my eyes what you say makes very little sense and the only other way I see this happening is you not realizing the actual reason you insist playing Premade- to woop noobs.

Yeah, I noticed this human warrior who always leads in Epics and I admire his patience. He mostly leads us to victory, but if we donāt win instantly people start being abusive. And it is usually people who do not contribute to the BG at all, that immediately start saying he is a ābad leaderā etc. His strategies are good, but he is still one person, if Horde outdps us it is what it is. People should be grateful someone steps up and tries to work with the team they have.
It depends on the community I guess. If I joined one my motivation would be more along the lines of people actually following orders when leader says āall go hangarā and not 5 people going mid to die and 5 people going useless docks. You get to play with likeminded people who are capable of following simple instructions, not people who do their own thing and then cry about losing.

Youre just in a premade party sync community.
And theres no excuse for it, especially when its one of the top 3 reasons pvp is in rotting state.

Aye, about 4 days ago I tried 3 times in a row to do an epic, all tries got a qsync premade on horde side. Decided to just queue up for normals.

Yeah and theres the Problem the L vs Z once every two days arenāt making up for anything if that means they get to stomp 150 maps per week without any kind of resistance/Chance.
Yes i happened to witness his rise and āfallā from start to now,its kinda sad entitled clowns think this guy alone can lead them to victory and easy blame him whilst pulling nothing in it themselves. Which is why in the end he started to queue with some friends and lately apparantly too syncs here and there a few rounds.
I won with him when he was alone i won with him when he had 2-3 other people with him and also when it was two groups,a few losses here and there arent really an issue.
I dont know how alliance can be so blissful ignorant to actually abuse people trying to make a win possible,how they seem to have the mindset that they deserve to afk 30 minutes chatting after pulling mighty 14 m teamfight dmg,it really is beyond me and it spreads like a wildfire lately.
Dont wanna play anymore leave the bg and make space instead of afking till the end very simple.
I agree on the docks part but having a few in Mid is strategically useful since you can Re-Inc hangar with Demos in Case of a wipe. Its also not to die but more to anticap so in case of a lose the respawn can assist on getting mid and demos are up when everything has wiped and is good to go again. Most leaders actually send some People mid for that exact reason at start. But you are right in a random Group its not the best idea if you can tell you lack certain hps/dps spikes,thats where Rogues come in perfectly.

Yeah the premade mafia has gone over handā¦ Its same with the boosters. It has taken over the game and blizzard will for sure lose ALOT on this over longterm. Same with bugs. What have happend with the game? Do they really care that little about the players and the game that they just ignore these BIG problems? Its not like its a free game

I guess everyone plays this game differently and has their own motivation, and their right to look for fun in this game as they want, we all pay money for it.
I generally agree that queue-sync premades are bad for PvP participation overall. Boosters are much worse, on a whole other level, and obviously illegal. When people start making money and play this game as their profession (incl. selling rated titles and mounts) 24/7ā¦
When money is in play, the game gets corrupt. That has been since BC the case. Unfortunately, there seem to be enough buyers

ran into the same russian premade 3 times in a single day each que taking 30 mins, then ran into another international premade

Sync premades can afford to do this simply because they have an advantage in player quality through their selection process. They know that even if they have to fight 35v40 at hangar, they will still win even while outnumbered and also get the other objectives.
If you make a call like this in a random team, chances are you will just be outnumbered and lose, so you need to have every capable fighter at hangar in the start. Sending them elsewhere diminishes your chances to win the first fight drastically.
At most 1-2 undergeared players can go mid and all others should go hangar.

Take out the trash, then make RBGs attractive again, then get rid of syncing and also make random bgs unattractive for large groups so they go to RBGs that should be more popular by then.

These anti-premade threads usually end up being vent threads where people who lost to premades take comfort in babbling about how premades are terrible players and awful people which is pointless - those who you are hating on mostly arenāt even reading this.
Besides, I agree that these synced premades are not healthy for PvP. But I understand why people play them. Playing with PUGs, even as an average player myself, often feels like a lunatic asylum.
Oh I just used it as a shallow example of PUGs being uncoordinated. Though with a random team I would rather do as Fistus said and zerg Hangar, especially since half the raid will quit if that fails.
I usually follow the majority, because I think even a bad strategy has a better chance of working if everyone does it, than if half the raid does something else - then both strategies are more certain to fail. If that makes sense?

Played a normal bg yesterday where my entire team, maybe except one, had full honor or less gear. We faced a full conquest group except maybe one. I looked at all of them.
But I can say for sure, the epic bg sync problem already make me not want to play PvP again for awhile. Every single season ive tried enjoying bgs. Everytime I face syncers several times in a row I just quit and do something better instead. (Normal/epic bgs is my form of getting conquest every day unless I quit.)
And I highly doubt I am the only one who feel and do the same.
I mean, some ppl have the motivation to have fun without destroying what they are supposed to enjoy.
While some ppl have the motivation to destroy every little thing left on what they āenjoyā.
Boosters destroy the competitive mindset of people as long as they have money and demotivate some ppl to even try due to it.
Syncers destroy casual PvP.
I would not say boosters are worse than syncers in this regard.
One ruins rated and one ruins casual.

I never understood why ppl bring up the shop as being a reason why PvP is being neglected. I guess its a form of meme?
The shop is basically one of the reasons why PvE gets alot more content for sure since its their main target, them neglecting PvP has nothing to do with the AH mount etc.
PvP has been neglected for a very long time and ignored when it comes to answering to casuals concerns. They very, very, VERY rarely go out and say what they want normal BGs to be. Its been double-standard since the start.
They literally banned an addon that automatically made it so āraidsā could join as syncing into epic bgs.
But apparently its āfineā to do it without the addon even when both are āunfair advantageā.
So their lack of actually explaining their reasoning in fear just shows their lack of spine.
I never understood why its so massively difficult for blizz to make a simple official blue statement like patch notes where they discuss their reasoning behind everything related to PvP.
How do they want rated PvP to be, whats their goal? Whats the intention behind being slow on certain balancing?
Why have they not punished wintrading heavily? Why are obvious things like boosters in RBGs okey to do when they do it for irl money? Why did not the people buying characters for glad in past seasons get punished? Why are they not punishing griefers who leave RSS etc excessively being heavily punished?
How do they want casual PvP to be? How far should people be allowed to go to destroy casuals interests? What is their actual idea on what āunfair advantageā is?
If they have the intention to accept syncing as a legit way to play against casual players, completely ruining every form of casual PvP, why have they not just allowed raid groups to que up?

I dont need anyone to agree but the frequency and audacity of Shopmounts/toys/pets and what not being pushed out so quick after a 80 or 90 buck addon is kinda telling that they want to milk this to the maximum.
Do you remember how laggy it was for weeks on end when Korrak came? It wasnāt just every Epic Bg lagging like crazy it was in Raids too. And for the first time we were equal to Pve players,they got a little taste of blizzards audacity.
What came first the Lag fixing or the Dino? 
Did they let blizz fry and fix the problem first or did they threw out their Money for a mount they dont even need,what do you think.
I spare you the search time on mmo-c and tell you the dino came first,the money came first than the lags in those raids have been adressed. (two different times if i remember correctly.) Ofc they didnt care about e-bgs and we continued to have laggs it was now just limited to main-times and how much korraks were open.

Its called discord nowadays, they sit in there and just announce if they have a q pop and if cancel or not. Paired with a community Note to enter the bg for the people who couldnt get a spot and are syncing alone with them.
Its also not like these Communitys are helping the people in dire needs either,the guys with idk 30% winrate or less wont be helped there unless they are lucky to get them randomly.
As long as the Awcs are being watched with the Help of Drops they do not care. They are slow on balancing because at least for PvP they are dependent on the awcs to see what is over/underperforming what is played the most etc.(i mean theres websites showing how much speccs are played on what mmr/cr dunno why wait till awcsā¦)
People are supposed to be hardstuck in elo-Hell as unfortunate as it is. The Mmr system isnt that hard to understand once it has been explained clearly. But it needs to be explained not on a thirdperson website but from them where everyone can see and read it.
I just assume you played some Blitz and saw a lot of People being āHardstuckā on a rating that doesnt even match their Skill,i at least did,saw healers that were better than healers on 2.5mmr,yet they were stuck with 500 games played on 1.4,1.5 and without a clear winstreak they will sit there forever. And its sad and my english is just too bad to explain it to them.
I did test it with someone i met in Ebg,i could help him with a winstreak to get out of that stuck-mmr,and guess what after that he was capable to do his enchant-rating alone.
Thats a question i would love to hear the answer to,since buy Gladmount in a bag unlearned and learn it on your account has been fixed quite āfastā at least for their standarts. Since this also could only be fixed by working with Discord together they are also very aware on the rbg issue and it really bugs me even more. Very curious.
Probably non existent. Probably just get stomped get gear with permalosing go rated. Its clear that they want to balance around 3s,there wouldnt be another explanation to why mm hunter is getting permanently buffed when it does the same dmg as aoe-boomkin just singletarget. And actually doing the dmg that kills not the dmg that slowly rots away mana.(ignoring the clear boomkin stacking from syncers here since normal pug vs pug games dont have 8 chickens stacked)
In their eyes it probably isnt even an real issue. If and only if they still analyze Statistics about Winrates and stuff its probably 50% for alliance and horde, its not like these Statistics would single out the fact that Syncers have 97% winrate and the rest of us even struggles to keep 50%. In that imaginary Analyzing everything gets just smushed into a big slobball and we are all in there and very fine since the slobball keeps bouncing.
Theres enough people who actually dont know what a premade is who Z/Z/L is nor will they know who the people around them are. So everyday they think oh a new premade what is happening? No its not a new Premade its just Z grp without Z and maybe two new healers. Its all just sad,plain in sight visible by everyone but undetectable for the People who could change it. Willingly undetecable. Idk how much People they did let go after the lockdown stuff but yeah its very obvious.
