Can anyone help me with a good threat meter? i have classicthreatmeter but read it shows only the other persons that have it (ehich seems to be true) and i dont find details! with tiny threat plugin very appealing.

Due to the limitations of the client add-ons for threat meters are the only way to go. If other players do not have said add-ons then there is no way for you to gauge their threat - it’s just not possible. So no alternative is going to provide threat info for someone who does not have the add-on to share the information.
It is possible but not implemented properly yet. Combat log shows their spells and abilities, so addon can analyze them and account. The only unknown data is ranks, but people usually use latest ranks anyway.
But yeah, currently everyone should have that addon installed to work properly.

I suggest you customise your details! window to make it more appealing then.
There are a lot of options so you can make it look like anything.
It’s the addon most people use for a variety of reasons , almost everyone has it so it works like a charm for threat.

I have Details but the threat meter never works, it stays empty.
dont use some kind of new random threat meter like classicthreatmeter. use the built in details one. and if you really want the threat to be shown you kick people from your group who arent using it 
I don’t use meters, I use threat plates and as long as I can see the nameplate, I can manage my threat just fine outdoors and dungeons. Plate will turn from green to yellow if I gain medium threat and finally red if I have aggro. Idk if I need threat addon for raids later, but tanks should have threat on them in couple seconds enough to start basic rota.
You are talking nonsense, and you are being disrespectful to Esrever work too.
Only one threat metter for classic exists: classic threat meter by Esrever, and Details uses the same Esrever code, the classic threat meter library. So according to your logic, Details is using some kind of new random code too.

Umm, strange, default classic nameplates do not display threat.
I said threat plates, that’s an addon to change the plates to look different and display threat as colours.

I find it has always been very helpful to me when it comes to managing threat and mob aggro and knowing exactly what mobs are aggroing to me and what are not.
Yes, But threat plates uses the classic threat meter library to calculate the threat.
So you are using a threat meter, the same used by Classic Threat Meter and Details.
As I have already said only one working threat meter code exists for classic and all addons are using the same code/library, coded by Esrever.
And a big problem with nameplates is the short range, only 20 yards, not enough for ranged classes.
But using the same threat code in different addons is a good thing because all these different addons are sharing the threat data, for example your threat plates addon is sending you threat data to another Details and Classic Threat meter users.
Well, for damage anyway… Healers down rank spells quite often to save mana.

I use the Details addon threat plugin and an addon called NeatPlates that modifies the color, size, alpha, etc of nameplates based on threat, (de)buffs and so on (it can be customized to no end).
I think that heals generate threat proportional to healing, so it does not matter which rank was used, just calculate healing done. There are abilities like heroic strike which generate additional threat and it depends on used rank.
