So based on a google search with their good ol AI it tells me that a priest can indeed put the two bindings together, complete the quest chain so I could then transmog it on my warrior, is this the case before I bother grinding for the second binding? (already own one on priest) not on my other alts! thanks all

If you have the bindings on a class that can’t use one-handed swords like me (Druid) you still get the appearance after you do the quest! Thank you Warband! I finally got the appearance!

I can confirm this works. I have had both bindings on my shammy for a depressingly long time. After happening on this comment I did the short quest chain and now have the mog for my alts.
