This was the first thing I checked as I wouldn’t be comfortable funding weapons.
It is a horrible situation where ordinary people from both sides have their lives disrupted and are dragged into a conflict they never wanted to be part of.
So I bought the pet pack, happy to support charities providing humanitarian support to those in need.
I also now have an in game dog pet of the same breed as my rl one which is cool.
There seems to be an emote with the dog pet mentioning victory.
Yes I want Ukraine to get their land and homes back and normality to return for everyone, but the emote could get a bit annoying, especially if I want to use the pet a lot.
Wether yes or no sanctions, is irrelevent and I am not desputing that, at all.

I don’t understand this part. Russia are absolutely, without doubt using cluster munitions and have been for a long time.
Also, the news on cluster munitions is very misleading. The headlines all state the stat of “X% of countries have banned them!” All of the countries that have banned them are ones that don’t really matter in the grand scheme of things. Some of the countries that haven’t signed (see if you can figure out why) . Pakistan and India, North and South Korea, Iran and Israel, Finland and Russia and the USA and China.
It’s like the vatican banning tanks or me banning WMD’s from my shed. They were never ever going to have them anyway and the same goes for many of the signatories and cluster munitions. The fact that the Maldives and Monaco etc have signed up to this is purely symbolic and of no practical consequence.
But not destroyed them! It was a great opportunity to clear out the closet…
No one honestly belive, those were just lying around in an ucranian depo, collecting dust… well at leats not all of them

Living here I’m surprised to hear this. There are generally two groups of people that are disliked in this country beyond the usual criminals and gangs etc. This is the extent of Danish xenophobia, which is more than I’d like it to be but certainly less than you imply:
These are not races though. Russians are white just like us, so that goes out the window, and the immigrants from the middle east aren’t considered a problem in general, either.
Very few complain about whites or blacks or asians or muslims in general. There are occasionally people who flip out over erosion of Christian heritage whenever that happens, and it does happen at times, but that’s hardly xenophobia.
All that stuff with “Danes have a potato in their throat” “Swedes occupy Skåne and should give it straight back! Let’s go to war for the 55th time” “Germans should get out of Poland” “Napoleon is short” “The British Empire did nothing wrong” etc. are at this point memes and fun banter. Any serious underpinnings have come to an end in large parts thanks to the USA. I am very thankful to be under the US’s sphere of influence rather than the Russian or Chinese or some other.
Are they in Russia though? I mean from what I can find there are dozens of civilians killed in Russia. Either way, Russia hasn’t lost so much infrastructure and does not have military occupation, so its far easier for whomever is wounded to get to a hospital. It’s not good, of course, but it’s so much less severe. They can handle it. Ukraine cannot.
