Ive noticed there is a timer when starting a battleground now since today, is it a new retailish thing or is it in an addon im using?
Cant remember it was in vanilla.

Blizzard dropped a SoD update today that managed to leak through into era, the timer you see at the start of BGs is one of the things that got through.

I wonder why i spend money on this game trying to play Vanilla but its impossible, it keeps changing to modern wow with small steps all the time, from body types to interface change and now this and guild tab an so on
