And yet he is not banned for 30 days? … streamer benefits or wat?. Funny thing is Asmongold keeps defending him which is bullsh*t anyone who used this exploit should be banned for 30 days no exceptions!

I quit, streamers RUINED classic. I have had enough of their drama, promoting meta, spellcleaves, abusing exploits and bugs and yet they have full support of blizzard. I am DONE not a single cent, gonna chargeback through my credit card company. Enjoy

There’s a pretty big difference between used and abused. It’s possible to have the bug happen by accident, and if that’s the case you shouldn’t be banned. When it starts happening over and over again is when you should get banned, because that shows intent.
Now I have no idea what he’s done, and despite me disliking tips, starting witchhunts isn’t something you should be doing.

How? Drama doesn’t effect you if you stay out their forum threads and avoid their guilds. Meta is promoted by reddit regardless of streamers, and streamers actually lead to bugs being closed faster. Sure they abuse them, but Blizz notices faster then when they get black market use.
I don’t like them, but I’ve played 3 days played on Pyrewood and if it wasn’t for you lot whining about them I wouldn’t know they exist.
Narcind he wasnt doing it by misstake he clearly know how it worked since he did it like everyone else and then to save himself said that he was just testing it AND yet he got the loot and sh*t. This is clearly an exploit and yet he used it … which is stupid and should be banned. Remember when warriors could stack rampage or w/e back in 2006/7 and 2-3 hit bosses in raids people testing it and yet got banned for it. So should make an example of someone and just press that ban button.
He has ruined his rep long before this. He should not be a rep for blizz in classic wow. He used an exploit doesnt matter if it was a test or not clearly intentional so bann please. Since people got banned for testing exploits before

I wouldn’t say ruined. However, the mass audience of people watching streamers play Classic WoW as Blizz basically used the beta as a marketing tool vis a vis only providing access to streamers, has heavily influenced a lot of peoples attitudes on Classic. 8/10 groups at low level are looking for spellcleave meta, mostly due to influence from streamers.
Also. Streamers definitely have the rules of ToS bent for them. What would perhaps get you or I a ban, would not affect a popular streamer. It’s free marketing for Blizz at the end of the day.

Isn’t naming and shaming a bannable offence on the forum? Or doesn’t it count if you’re shaming a streamer?
I watch some streamers but quitting wow because of them is funny. I would not choose server with many popular streamers since their fanboys are often too much.

i haven’t witness anything on that. i have a rogue. i find party like other rogues and other players all the time. people can play however they like. i don’t care if some are looking for cleave parties. there are always normal parties also.
and not everyone is streamers influenced even if you watched, i watched asmon so many times and i don’t care about cleaves. so is a small percentage that are heavily influenced.
i think that forum is making more harm than streamers 
even in forum you read things that might affect people negatively wrongfully but is a small percentage also. i think the game is so nice and fun that most people, the vast majority, just play. they don’t care about streamers or forum.

An American on Youtube made a video about testing an exploit, and warned people that the exploit was real and needed to be fixed.
That’s it then! My game is ruined, it’s over. There’s nothing left for me now. Just a grey, drear, lifeless field of misery and ruin.
It was a beautiful dream while it lasted, but now it’s just cold, dead ashes.
Curse that American on Yotube. If I had never watched his video I would still be enjoying the game.

I wanna bet that if i watched his video i’d have a good chuckle and enjoy my game just as much afterwards. 
Dont think naming and shaming applies to public figures - it’s meant to protect against unproven/baseless accusations, in this case the person it self have provided proof in video form.

noggenfogger is my favorite server, its laid back chill and lots of allis to gank up in SVT also some level 60s first was a pug!
