People who spend far too much time on these forums behaving in ill manner expecting me to separate the “artist” from their “work”? Yes, OOC =/= IC, but there comes a point when the Harassment League need to start apologizing or taking responsibility for their sick behaviour. Contrary to popular or ‘memetastic’ belief, WoW isn’t a lifestyle and you shouldn’t spend your life on the forums or in Discord cliques plotting to smear someone’s name.

I also dislike people who are clearly only in it for the ERP.
Oh and people who swear too much and use certain modern swears.

Number 3 got me. We’re all allowed to make slip ups here and there. Some people are far too quick to use it as a way to attempt to railroad the rp of others though.

You Fool, Feaster, I have already won at Roleplay. I have the largest guild, the sexist Mog and The Biggest Harem on AD and with one word I can Blacklist you from AD.

I have to say, I love your UI. Even if it isn’t one I’d use for gameplay as I’m a large fan of the default one, it’s just so pretty.

The guy at 6:29, if I ever see him in the game I will definetly whisper him to blacklist me from AD UwU.

Anyways:

  1. Claiming areas. Will never forgetti House of T or w/e the name of that house guild was who claimed the entirety of Gilneas a few years ago. With one member outright writing to our entire group “I am not roleplaying with your bs” upon us arriving. After this they never roleplayed there again. Checked several times over the course of a few months.

  2. Not distinguishing between IC and OOC. Saying “The Light is just made up lol” IC is a really bad idea just because you want a pure medival setting. Usually this is a noblehouse guild problem. Includes: IC relationships being taken a bit too seriously and lore warmongers that will whisper you instantly if there is one detail off.

  3. The shy/paranoid/zero conversationalist. Had a person complaining “there is no roleplay on Argent Dawn”. So I tell that person a few locations where people meet. I ask how they approach and so forth and tell them to play an approach on Discord with me through. The person walks to my character up and says “Hey”. My character says “Hello, what is happening?” and the other person replies with “Nothing”. On the other spectrum the people that don’t approach because “they are too shy”. What exactly do you have to fear? Blends into the “paranoid” who thinks the whole of AD knows them and will talk bad about them if something goes wrong.

  4. Guild leaders who have endless rules how their members should behave or who to interact with but don’t keep themself to it. Acting all mighty and high while they don’t realise outside of their guild in character they have nothing to say.

  5. “The race of my character defines my personality”. You will know them when you talk to them. Remember san’layn roleplayers? Remember the dude who roleplayed a naga priestess in the middle of Stormwind? Remember 90% of the back in the day dragon roleplayers? You also know what all of these have in common? Zero personality. “I am unique because my race is unique” and when you try to make a conversation with the character they are the most bland and boring you can imagine. OOC they will defend their insert unique character here to the bone because roleplaying a gnome with quirky traits is not possible when you can be a naga priestess with the same quirky traits.
