The guy who thinks he knows more lore than you. And therefore is entitled to correct you.
Do you know that one guy who copies wowpedia during the RP? Well, this guy is pretty much like that, but at a whole new level. Not only he will shove you the lore while you RP as if he’s some omniscient being, he will also use said lore to bore you to death and tell you what you’re doing wrong. Bonus points if he actually doesn’t know the lore himself.
Most of the time it’s not even an OOC issue. Your character believes he can wield the Void and the Light (but doesn’t)? There’s no need to engage in an OOC discussion.

Not the worst type ever, but those who use today’s slang and terms are annoying. Like: “Supplex”, “cosplayer”, etc.

Sometimes that butching keeps the OOC getting into IC too much. It let’s the soul breathe.
As for the question, worst kind of OOC people to interact with are the ones who can’t admit they are wrong about anything, ever.

Another thought. People who try to manipulate situations through extremely questionable means. Like “recordings”, planting people in guilds to take them apart, or posting out of context screenshots.
People who claim to own places, and through said claim prevent the place being used and thus wasting space and opportunity are also awful.
