Two of the achievements required for the Master of Torment meta are not working.
They are [Avenge Me!] and [Rampage]
Because of this it’s currently not possible to complete the Shadowlands meta achievement,
I’ve tried multiple times in different instances of Torghast to get these to proc, but it won’t work.
For rampage I’ve held the stack of 10 buffs for wel over 30 seconds, and for Avenge Me! I tried multiple elite mobs with the 10 stacks on them. Nothing seems to work.
Samesame. Ticket response, which suggested to bug report did nothing to help.
If it’s of any help to anyone (hopefully the devs investigating this stuff), I’m working on the same meta-achievement and did ‘Avenge Me!’ on 20th April this year. That makes me think that this might be another bug introduced when 10.2.7 was released on May 7th.
It might even be causally linked to the other achievement-related bugs mentioned in this thread and elsewhere.
