How many people assumed they should be able to get in, kill everything on sight and get out without any reprecussions, while being in the 180 gear park and without any experience considering not hiding behind a tank/healer?
Also considering the boss fights… Tell you what, bony bois exploding in my face killed me a lot more often than any boss did.

But you said you can’t clear Torghast with bad powers and there’s several people who had powers that cleared it. So either you’re wrong or just not meant to do layer 8 cause of skill/gear yet.
It’s not the end of the world if you can’t clear layer 8. If you’re in the part of the playerbase that can’t clear layer 8, then you do not need the extra 40 soul ash because it will make no difference in any type of content you will ever do.

I said when you get nothing useful it’s tedious and you start again in hopes of a better run. It is, without question, tedious. I really enjoyed doing every other layer the day it was released but this isn’t fun. I don’t even mind taking my time to clear but having “wrath does 200% normal damage” be the best power I’ve gotten by floor 3 makes it feel like an absolute waste of time.
So because it’s online it’s okay to harass people with your lunacy? Someone sitting in an open area having a conversation you just jump right in and attack them until they explain something that’s really none of your business? That’s why you’re creepy.
You don’t need to max out soul ash to have more than one legendary, please don’t be obtuse and entitled all in one.

I didn’t actually get the immunity power when I did it on layer 8. That’s just the easiest way to cheese it though if you happen to get one during a run and can be done by all classes unlike how I did it on my priest.

im happy we have come to an understanding together i would tho suggest you taking classes for making arguments since you dont really know how to do it correctly but dont worry you arent the only one so its totally fine just a nice skill to have in both the virtual and real world
It’s not overtuned or undertuned it’s RNGesus that determines whether you make it.
I’m ilv200. Did first layer 8 (where the Anduin quest was) not even a sweat. Sometimes had to wait for cooldowns for the a boss after a hard pack but well that’s it. Easier than a mythic 3.
Then I went to the other layer 8 I did get the worst powers of all. No Elemental CD reduction, no +30% lightning bolts no +100103819831 blood lusts, nothing. Yes choices between 10 yard melee range or “Maw rats are now powerful monsters”. Then I received choices like: “You do x% more damage but lose 75% healing”. That’s not even a power up that’s a direct nerf.
Later on again bad bad bad RNG with the borrowed powers. Ended up in floor 4 to get smashed by bosses with 0,6 cast time who took away 15-20% of my HP bar. Tried everything but again I died 5x.
I do not enjoy Choreghast when BiS borrowed powers, I do not enjoy Boreghast when i have the WORST borrowed powers. It’s the most dumb instance ever in the game. It’s like playing Diablo but then from a different camera position. It is exactly what I feared it would be: BORING, TEDIOUS, DULL, DUMB, LACKLUSTING, RNG and just well Blizztardian.
You can say about Visions what you want but if you didn’t like it you could just run in, kill the 2 guards. Hit BL and smash Thrall or that Stormwind lady collect your +3 resistance. Visions took like ~5-20 minutes.
Choreghast takes 1-1,5 hours as a shaman and it hardly matters whether you are 184 ilvl or 226. You need to be very lucky with the borrowed powers…
