Chromie questline won't start

Hi i have a lvl 10 monk twink i want to farm the chromie scenario for timewalking badges but the image of chromie in dalaran or the chromie from wyrmrest accord won’t give me any quest…I have completed the order hall quest ‘Take it up a Notch’…What should i do?
