It’s an event that gives Soul Cinders once a week. You can’t see it anywhere outside the Maw, not even Korthia, so you have to wait for it to happen.
I’ve only seen it once but couldn’t make it in time and I have been waiting in the Maw since then for well over an hour. How long does it take to go up again exactly?
I don’t know, maybe it would be a good idea to make it happen more often since it’s technically a weekly?

Its spawning every 2 hours. So lets say wrath of the jailer spawns at 12, torments 1, wrath 2, torments 3 and so on.
Yes its weekly, you get a box once a week and extra 250 death’s advance rep. But you can still do it daily for 100 AD rep. Thats 700 + 250rep a week if you want to min-max rep gains.
Is it always the same location? I saw it on the map but the boss was killed in 2min, how are you suppose to get there in time?

It is spwning like this 13:00, 15:00, 17:00 etc. It has few fixed locations in maw, the old zone. But the bosses are random from the pool.
