Unless you can show a notification of Blizzard stating you got suspended for reporting a bot then no, you really can’t prove anything. If anything you got suspended for mass false reporting (and even this I doubt).
If that would be the case then why arent I being suspended for doing the same? Or others for that matter. And its clearly not because I’m favoured by Blizzard given my record.

I’m not against you, they have the report tool which is private and will be handled by the staff only.
The guidelines are clear. Blizzard just doesn’t act on it, because actually banning people who need and deserve a ban would just make sense.

Speaking of bots. If you go to Nagrand (AU), there’s this little ledge near the village Garrosh is in, you’ll see a couple of bots tagging and farming animals there. It’s so hilariously obvious they are bots and I reported them ages ago, and they are STILL there to this very day.
How is this in any way, shape or form proof?

The kicking is fine as stated by Blizzard.
Not ban but that they take actions (you get confirmation that action has been taken. Just not what kind of action). We also know they have banned a lot of M+ leavers recently (which would cause more of an ruckus than botters). Also occasionally me tracking bots to see if they actually got suspended.

You won’t get a permanent suspension for botting. This was never a thing (which one could complain about). Even during Cata it took like 7 bans to invoke a perma (and I know this due to a mate doing this with an honor bot. It took 7 bans to get permad even back then).
If the mod thinks the intent to name and shame is given then yes. In this particular scenario however not. If you were to use a name that is however unique then yes, you would likely get a suspension.
Could be bots, could also be grey item farmers (this has been a thing since Legion).
Im not gonna disagree there. I am on your side when it comes to vote kicking, but Blizzard doesnt want to change anything and has clearly said so.
All you do by breaking ToS here is getting yourself suspended from the forums and changing absolutely nothing.

Then the only right course of action by Blizzard is removing dungeon deserter entirely since that is what these people are abusing.

That is completely irrelevant. Just the fact it exists at all when people very clearly abuse it is the issue, nothing else.
Also literally any and all suggestions made are ignored. It is extremely naive to think otherwise.
Point is that you won’t get a refund for a time that doesnt even fill a week (or maybe not even a day).
