To be honest, it really is bizarre. You can generally tell a person’s maturity and attention to detail by their reaction to things.
Which of these sounds like the Vulpera as depicted in game?
“Small fluffy animals who are cute!”
or “Mercantile nomads, who survive in a land deadly to just about all others, with proven problem solving abilities, a whole grab bag of survivalist skills, capable of absolute savagery when needed.”
Yeah…
You know the really weird thing that I have noticed, is that these people going “Hurr Hurr, Furry Degenerates” are overlooking a major flaw in their ‘thought’ processes.
The People playing Vulpera are the ones to whom the species as Blizzard presents them, appeals.
The people who complain that they don’t belong in the Horde, or that they are sexualised are making a rather massive mistake. Basically, no one is sexualising them apart from the people complaining about them being ‘cute’. They’re the ones who are finding an animal race sexy…who then complain online about people who are playing an animal race because -they- the complainant, thinks that said animal race looks sexy.
It is weird as hell…There probably is a name for that kind of associative behaviour, it would be like, constantly dissing sugar, and saying people only like sugar because it was sweet, thereby showing that you think sugar is sweet and therefore have thoughts you are dissing…
I don’t think they have thought it through.
Oh, and anyone who thinks they don’t belong in the Horde, clearly has no clue what the Horde is, your Horde passport is revoked, kindly play the games from start to re-educate yourself…
