Group Loot is coming, a kind of in between.
Why not keep personal loot, and make items tradable regardless of ilvl instead of bringing group loot, so in organized runs Bob can give his item to Andy 
I think the argument âthen go to another guildâ is not a solid one. If they have the power especially mythic guilds will always do so. Like even now almost (and I say almost because I bet someone knows some guild where this does not happen) every guild forces you to trade tradable loot.
The problem is that if the best gear for all content drops in raids and guilds have the power to decide who is getting the loot then itâs bad design.
Because clearly the interest of the guild conflicts with my interest to be good at other content i.e. M+ . This is even worse considering Tier sets are now into the game, which means that until I get my 4-set every major patch, I will barely get invited to other content.
I would be okay to mediate if they had to add M+ gear, which would be specifically the best for M+ or another deterministic way to get the loot I need to pursue the content I want to outside raiding.
In this case then, it would not be as bad as the gear you get from raids is only good in raids, and if you have been given lower prio because you are healer and what not, you can still play the game.
It is a solid one. Why would you stay in a guild that scams you? Go to another guild or even stay guildless and do not raid. The majority of the player base is guildless or stays in his/her own banking guild. They will learn their lesson this way.

I donât see what wrong with the legion solution to ML, when it was only offered if it was a guild run. In such runs, all members have consented to the loot rules, so whether the rules are just in my, or anyone elseâs eyes is irrelevant, because everyone in the raid agreed to abide by them. If you donât like ML, you donât have to join that guild.

SO what do I do ? DO i stay guildless and go farm legioon content ? WIthout gear you cannot do anything.

You find a guild that has loot rules you agree with, same as in the past.
Does it matter if they scam you, you will remain without gear? When only 2 or 3 guilds are left, they will realize their mistakes.
I can guaratee you that mythic guilds donât work like that
loot rules are a contract just like any other you might experience in your life. If you donât like what the contract says, you can not sign it.
You can get mythic level gear from professions, and m+. Also: there will be tokens, that are personal drop I think with which you can buy tier aswell (not 100% sure)
Dude it is not a job. They are exploring solutions to personal loot. Why needs masterloot to be the best solution? Why not PVE vendors? or other deterministic ways?
Why the necessity of giving guilds also that power?
Itâs not masterloot or nothing. There could be many other ways to fix the issue without necessarily causing major issues for a lot of players.

Sucks to be in a garbage guild, but in many ways itâs your fault for staying.
Get in a good guild and you wonât have any problems kekw.
I agree itâs not ML or nothing, which is why Iâve said, more than once, that you can just choose to raid in groups that donât use ML or GL. In Legion ML was only for guilds, so this was largely not an issue, and before that, most pug groups put the loot type in the description, so it was super easy to avoid loot rules you didnât like.
ML, GL, and PL are all options that existed together in the game before, and can again.
Iâm not sure PL is staying, they are making these changes to stop the gear funnelling practices with class stacking.
There will be no ML, there will be Group Loot. Whether itâs the same kind of Group Loot weâve seen in the past or a new version, remains to be seen. It sounds like theyâve not quite finalised it all.
Yes but you have to see the problem from a different perspective. If you are doing Heroic/Normal raids. The guild has a flexible roaster and a guild which may not want to take advantage of ML will exists.
Mythic guilds will never work that way, because of the 20-men fixed roaster and the necessity to prioritize certain classes and roles for progress. Considering that past to the 5th you extend and donât get any loot it can be pretty be pretty bad.
As I said for mythic the âfind a guild who doesnt do thatâ argument does not exist.

I hope they will fully bring back Master Loot. It will be fun to watch the drama. And it will be a great toxic pleasure to see how guilds disband like the fallen leaves in autumn.
So? Just becouse its video game doesnt mean same social dynmics do not apply in them rofl. I am sick of people what just constanly blame game systems for their own bad decisions instead of owning their mistakes you all just go and point on things what are literaly is just tools.
