Same thing happened to me on February!
Made me lost a lot of the rewards while I had completed many of the activities!
What is happening exactly?
In the first day of the month I’m doing my activities to unlock the final reward! A mount on February and an appearance this month!
I get to the chest I;m opening it and I;m getting my tokens!
I’m going to the trader and with the tokens I buy what I want!
That’s the first day!
Then as i complete activities and I’m unlocking tokens I’m getting back to the trading post!
The chest glows! I click on it! And it shows I get tokens! Last month it was stack at 400 tokens! Meaning no matter how many activities I was completing it was always showing 400 tokens!
Now it shows I get 500 and it also shows that I’m getting the appearance pieces…! (Which I already have)
I get to the trader and it shows I got 0 tokens!
I opened tickets but I got no help at all!
So I guess That every single month I don;t have the possibility to buy more rewards!
I only get the chance once! The first time!
I already lost most of the rewards on February! And it seems it’s happening again this month!

Having the same issue.
I bought stuff and have 50 coins left after receiving 100 (first part of the progress bar).
I finished the 25 Raid bosses which brought my bar over reward 2 and 3 and received no coins - should have been 200.
