This is funny, but if you transfer from HC to PvE:
ALL your QUESTS are forgotten, like you’ve never quested before.
That means you could do same quests 2 times, but also you’d have to do all chains from the beginning.
If you die at 40 for example, your character will be bricked as you will have to do all quest chains from the beginning.
For example you had a quest to kill Baghira in STV, but didn’t have it in your quest log at the moment of dying. You will have to do all 20 quests in the chain again before getting this quest again.
Shame on you
im pretty sure you start where your character left off dead. Mean ur quest will be same.
Most part end up in race starter zone. quest still be there and completed those you have done.

I had the exact same issue. My character died, I transferred and now all quests are reset.
So … do you know if that happens to everyone? Is it fine to just re-quest and double dip on exp and rewards? That seems as if it could be exploited easily 
It also does take some of the fun out of the questing experience.
