Already answered this. All the beautiful tier models go to waste because their stats are terrible.

Exactly, not just that but the way the system is discribed there’s no reason for those who are against transmogs to feel like their game is being messed with, since they’re opt’d out of the system, the option “Only view my transmogrification” should be turned on by default
and it’s yet another small gold sink added to the game

even in reality any warrior or a knight can choose how his armour looks like…why do I need to look like a clown in the game that already has developed system of tmog

They actually could not chose what their armor would look like, it would all go together though (for the knights) we are not knighted though in this game we are at best conscripts and if we go and look at medieval conscripts they looked like clowns.
There are many reasons why transmog in vanilla-wrath would be a bad idea, 1 it invites more ninja looting as people would need on items for the looks, 2 it makes it so that you cant by a glance say how well geared someone is

The first point is reasonable, even tho nothing stops people from ninja looting now, for vendor gold (“whoops, I pressed need by mistake, sorry guys”), I don’t think that the increase in “ninja looting” would be all that much
and the second point doesn’t relate to this topic at all, it’s explained on the first few sentences of my post that this system can only exist if there’s a toggle on our system settings that allow us to only see our transmog or see everyone’s transmog

I mean If i have a tier of my class Ill have it because its my class anyway
its a gear from low lvl ill far it solo or in party for tmog…come on xD
You might only be going for tier / things you can solo / things you have a group of friends for but people will ninja more things for sure just so they can dress up.
I would love transmog in Era, since that would make me level up more toons, just to get everything lol.
At least I would have something to do in the game, whenever I’m not raiding.
