I finished the monthly thing and I got the rewards

BUT

When I hover over the icon it has little text saying “Contains 2 uncollected appearances”
and I cant get them at all because I am unable to open the chests or get the box again. Anyone has same issue and/or solution?

There is a blue post in there too.
