And you usually being a decent poster are adding to it and being aggersive over your tl3 which sorry to say is coming over as childish now and an inane rant. You have said your piece but I will not sit here and watch you lot gang up on Puny its enough just deal with it or put a ticket in.
You and Max are at this point being petulant and obtuse towards her no need for it at all and the passive aggersive approach is not warrented .
And comments like that are why you will never get tl3 and you say you are against ganging up well iam sorry thatâs what you and Uruk are doing atm .Insult me all you like I have had to deal with people like you all my life .
Iâm with Uruk here as well, he actually just started saying that it totally sucks that you have to do everything over to get TL3 back, which does suck.
No one has ever said being helpful is exclusive to MVPs. Even before I was an MVP I l tried to be helpful.
I was really blown away to be asked and felt honored. It didnât occur to me that I would ever be asked. However if they stopped the MVP programme tomorrow I would still carry on posting in exactly the same way. I had such a hard time finding things out when I started playing the game that I like being able to help others out. Most of my friends will /w me before they look anything up because most of the time I can tell them the answer. They are always amused if itâs something I donât know.
I have my own mini community on discord and we share stuff we discover, itâs really nice and even after playing this game since TBC you can always learn things from other players.
People even track me down in game because they want to give me abuse they canât post on the forums. I tend to put them on ignore. Not all interactions in game are bad, but thatâs the same for anyone I think, you see names you recognise from the forums and give them a quick hello.
You still havenât answered my question though. Why did you agree to it? Because you were honored?
Iâm fine with you doing your stuff to help others. Iâm the same, despite my rough forum exterior. Iâm just wondering why accept something which gives you no benefits whatsoever and only downsides, such as being trashtalked by other posters.
Why does it matter? MVPs stand out more, new players can identify them easier and itâs kind of taken for granted that they know what they are talking about so can their information can be trusted so why no accept if offered?
Does Punys or any other MVPs motivation to saying yes to the offer really matter to anyone else though?
Perhaps thatâs more accurate.
Weâve the power of flagging posts but we cannot decide who gets banned or who gets Trust levels. Thatâs Blizzard decision.
If they think a post is offensive than others, then they will ban someone no matter what.
Because MVP are commonly bashed as scapegoats and Blizzardâs good little boys and girls. And it has been known for a while that this is the common view held in these forums.
Not really. But I personally canât understand why anyone would accept a position which has zero benefits and only downsides. MVPs did get benefits in the past, but not anymore as far as Iâm aware.
No no and no again why do you think 2 to 3 days later they can and do resend bans after 2 to 3 tickets ? its because by then an actual human looks at it and takes it as a case by case but before then its down to past indiscretions mounting up and they just auto ban you without looking at reasons why .
There is a huge grey area im sorry you are looking at it very black and white .
Its because people choose to forget the posts were Puny and Shamz and Dan point out the negatives that blizzard do I know for a fact all 3 of them donât agree with blizzard and far from shills .
