Doesn’t stop trolls from making brand new accounts.

Literally the only thing they have to do is make a lv10 character.

This is an easy fix…make it so new accounts cannot post in certain sections of the forum, like this one for example, but only in their dedicated “new player/here to ask questions” section of the forum in which posting images would not be allowed if such policy would be deemed needed to maintain the forum’s “social stability”.

Any solution to me is better than taking what i take for granted (elsewhere) away from me.

You can get reported even for NOT breaking forum rules. There’s this automated silence based on this. Trigger someone, who takes offence from air and multi-alt-reporting occurs.

This is known problem and it’s something Blizzard needs to do better in future. This is also what i ment with what i wrote: people should not have to worry about their T3 status if they are not breaking rules. But if someone honestly feels they have to limit what they say just to stay non banned (not talking about harrasment and false flagging here but actually getting banned for something you say) then they have to first think if they express themselves the best way they can.
