Hi, i am asking why still didnt Blizz repaired this? Horde can grab flag and jump over 3/4 bg with nearly zero hope to catch them , they will fall near their graveyard, so you need to be there prepared for his jump already
cause they dont want to nerf their man child class DH
By thinking most of bgs maps are horde (only 2 or 3 not) biased, do you really expect they will get any action against this?
IoC
Ashran
Wintergrap
Seething Shore
AB (alliance are often faster at LM, which is the main strat nowadays)
WSG
Deepwind Gorge
EotS (if anything, then I would even say that MT and DR are easier to defendā¦)
What is so biased about these?
dont know what IoC is, but noone plays ashran or wintergrasp, seething shore is balanced, AB - i didnt noticed about that, but i am mostly going for BS first, WSG - there is bigger incline on alliance side + their higher and easier to climb building - again flag carriers can travel over half of BG thanks to this, Deepwind gorge - noone swap cars, so technically horde has two faster cars nearer of their ress, EoTS - high elf tower and human tower are easier to defend, but i think blood elf tower is better as there is huge slope, while alliance dont have so big slope
gilnean ⦠onyl thing i know is that horde has two routes to that base on right side, and one is hidden behind hills and they can jump over river, so it is sorta suprise attack but i am stretching on this
I can explain all bg maps one by one but of course you wonāt be convinced. Let me show you to prove horde bias on bg maps by referencing some more⦠authorized people. Please google āāBlizzard Working To Balance Warcraftās Alliance And Horde Players In War Mode, Raidingāā on Forbes site because it is not allowed to post external links here.
I donāt want to take your precious time by let you reading long articles. To shorten it:

overall win rates in random battlegrounds are āshockingly even,ā - Ion Hazzikostas

Dear Ion Hazzikostas means here that they are creating more and more horde biased bg maps but he is getting SHOCKED how that Alliance scums still wins that biased maps so much. This āshockingly even,ā indication is a great prove how everything is horde biased.
I hope you can discuss this by more civilized ways than last time.
Favor is not the same as bias. He seems to solely speak from a win-rate p.o.v. This does not say anything about the design of the maps, so why are those maps biased (in a design way)? You did not make any point even hitting that subject.
Besides, he later contradicted himself by saying
While overall faction win rates in battlegrounds are not currently a concern,
That comes from the same interview. So what is it? Are the winrates shockingly or not a concern? It cannot be both.
Alliance is 100% favoured on gilneas. They reach the flag first, they donāt have to go through water to get there, and alliance can cut horde off with mass root / DH fel rushing into chaos nova while theyāre in the water.
As for the jump on twin peaks, you stun him in the air heās dead, so this is only effective if heās completely free to leave the flag room and cross unimpeded. And if weāre assuming that, then a druid leaving horde flag room via the water and swimming to mid is equally as fast. Both are completely countered by the person coming across anyone at all as they leave the flag room.
Just Alliance players thinking everyone and everything hates them and is made against them.
They truly believe Blizzard would try to make them as miserable as possible to try and stop them from playing their game, lol.
Another āhord bad, blizz y u no fixā topic, lol.
we are going through water too, but we have there rock so we cross relatively fast, horde has better spawn position to defend their first point, but yeah, maybe it is pro alliance - but points system is better than FC system
the only thing that i remember that was more broken was monk teleporting, when he had 40y range - but that was on free
but that doesnt change that twin peaks are heavily focused for fc horde - you cannot stun him - you need to be either right behind him and stun him when he jumped, if he jump, and you are down, your stun will reach him when he is already at middle point - at river
also flying speed is faster than mounts, even when you notice, he is already behind river thanks to this jump
the druid in river - mount speed is faster than druid in river, and he is reachable and damagable, while DH in mile in air not, a lot times I and few people are running after that dh spamming stun button, but we simply cannot reach so much in air
Thats what I do every gilneas and get ww without fighting.
Horde cant interact with the alliance crossing to WW.
Aquatic wild charge is 200% speed.
for only 5? seconds, still you are attackable and you are not in pseudo invicibility mode being so far
Can you even reach a DH gliding with any stun other than stormbolt which wears off before he lands?
You can reach him for the first few seconds if youāre on the ramp or the ledge.
Iām not saying the map is designed evenly, but I will ask how is your team positioned that you firstly let this happen consistently, and secondly arenāt just waiting for him where heās inevitably going to land?
Except the comparison implied being completely unimpeded, because thatās the only way a DH gets to glide down to the bridge. So if youāre completely unimpeded leaving horde base through water in aquatic form, and use wild charge for the movement speed youāll reach mid in a similar time.
he is going to inevitably land right at their grave - not really nice place to be, my team is mostly going for their flag as rest of bg fight at middle for no reason
DH gets to glide and use his dashes - one dash will cover druid wild charge and druid is still damagable
also that river is what - 5y big - you can stun him easily, while to stun dh you need to be directly behind him while he is jumping, or at their grave, you will not reach him at alliance side with stuns
It is shockingly. This means we are creating horde biased maps, but we are unsuccesfull to increase favored, privileged, dear horde players win rates and we no more concern it currently but we will work for this more and more hard in the future.
Right, well, two things;
- He did not say anything like this. This is just how you see it. Nothing wrong with it but it does not make it a fact.
- You still did not give me solid examples of why most maps are biased towards the hordes.
Ion talked about win rates, why he considered it shockingly is unknown. Any conclusion anyone (other than Ion himself) adds to this is made-up and/or ungrounded.
Dear Ion Hazzikostas clearly said
this is the
He also didnāt forget to add that he is very upset about evenly win/lose rates between factions.
In the mean time, was Dear Ion Hazzikostas who said:
āāIf you want to win, horde is waiting for you.āā
