Twith Drops - Free Feldrake

For that amount of money you can get a real life mount, like a nice bike for example…

I’d rather spend on that…

This is my plan…(except its 3 cute doggies!).

Im all in for the freebies but not the subs pet. Much as Id like it I refuse to pay for it. Also it bugs me that I have to go out to work and others get paid for playing computer games so Im not helping them!!LOL

I won’t be able to get a dog until I retire many decades from now, but I am definitely going to get one at that point.

I guess that in the meantime, my plan for the Feldrake Twitch drop will just be to sleep or watch movies until the 4 hours is up.

Same. Maybe if I had really liked the pet… Like… A puppy.
But not for a creepy sack thing.

never buy nothing with gold, only get stuff for free.

if no have x item or mount no worries sooner or later things come to me.

all gold is in my pocket many millions many, never wasted in nothing like a cow hands you know.

you think i would ever ever in my life give 70 million for that ugly drake?

and im a collector too!

now is mine for free like i say things come just be patient.

god is allways looking for eachother and everyone has what deserve sooner or later.

I mean I’d rather not waste the power, so I’ll personally keep the stream muted in the tab and do some work and/or gaming in the meantime.

“A whole different kind of skill” is certainly one way to put it. :smirk:

Well, it’s your right to consider yourself a collector. And it’s just as okay to not care about rarity.
A LOT of people do though and they don’t want something that’s rare (and partially desired for that reason) to be devalued in such an extreme way.
And Blizzard should not disregard them like this.

blizzard never said this mount rare,it doesnt even have a limited edition serial number on them, like ferrari enzo have.

some people got a booster pack from dad and got mount of 5000 euro ,you kidding me right, also in internet many many unnopened bossters and mounts for sale, this not rare mount ,is just expensive mount.

is just has rare has any item in BMAH=MONEY

just forget about that rare thing, for me rare is something you can never get even with money, like elite sets and glad mounts from older expansions/seasons.

Those people wrongly assumed that Blizzard could not do as it pleases with its own assets, and they wrongly assumed that they had control over the real-world value of something which is not theirs to determine the value of.

Some things will still be rare: Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent, TLPD, Nalak, Black Proto etc. I don’t really think it is going to hurt anybody to make one mount available to people.

They haven’t. There are plenty of rare titles, mounts, and transmogs to be collected in the game. Rarities obtained through actual gameplay and not the flick of a credit card as well, making it all the better for the game itself.

Shirts are the straitjackets of cultural oppression. :fist:

Honestly agreed. Using my warlock here as an example, I couldn’t care less if his CM set was obtainable once again. I use it because it has massive drip and reminds me of my first round of PvE achievements in hard content - not to rub it on other people’s faces. Don’t much see a reason old Elite PvP sets shouldn’t be earned through (gasp!) current day PvP ratings either.

That isn’t remotely the point - it’s what Blizzard did, even if only inadvertently. The mount (just as all other TCG stuff) has its associated value. It was Blizzard’s actions that made it that rare. And it was their actions that made some of those items available again via the BMAH. That was perfectly fine, so you could play the game and work towards those mounts, pets and toys.

Fel Drake from twitch drops now is just tearing down any of that (for that particular mount) and creates a precedent for any of those items to become available at any time in the future in a completely disproportionate way.

because people that have it,paid for the expansion, paid for the subscription, spent hours and hours creating teams and strategies, also limited pvp sets keep the pvp community alive and make more participation in pvp, that is the content in wow with less attention.

sorry but you want a elite set go and get it while it lasts friend you have 6 months to get it,plenty of time since i got bfa and sl ones in 3 chars,so is plenty time to make in at least 1.

pvp community say thanks.

also that was allready talked with blizzard in official discussion and pvp community left clear that is not a option, would destroy pvp participation.

But they are. They objectively are. They are disregarding those owners of the Fel Drake - or at least they value that mount and what those players think about that case less than whatever promise they see in that decision.

Spending gold or money on a collectible isn’t worse or better then obtaining it via skill - it’s just in the nature of how Blizzard decided to make it available.

its worse, thats why blizzars is giving the mount.

And it’s value was determined by the players, both on ebay and BMAH.

People who put a premium pricetag on scarcity only have themselves to blame when artificial scarcity gets removed and they lose out on their “investment”.
