Queues are acceptable for situations of Free to Play since it would be normal for them to try to cut costs since they have no direct income. If I am paying then i should be playing - NO DEBATE ABOUT THIS. This is the last time I reply to you, you are just trolling people. If you really believe all the crap you are saying in this thread then you understand nothing about customer relation.
Regardless of what the ‘Best solution’ is keeping players in queues is not acceptable and blizzard prefers the cheaper way.
We should refer to blizzard as activision since they have already taken up their greedy business model.
Considering there is nothing in the EULA about eventual queues because everyone wants to get into the same realm this is very inaccurate.
Everyone paying has a fairly good amount of access to the gameplay service at the moment with some realms even seeing a maximum of 30 minutes queue time during rush hours. That AND they are still adding even more realms.
Queues made up from a large amount of players rolling the same realm is not covered anywhere in the agreement for the money you pay to play the game either, so using that as an excuse for being entitled to an online spot on the realm is completely negated.
Your staff are incapable and incompetent, to think adding more servers will make people abandon the names they reserved and PAID for, plus start again is crazy, you company is a joke.

In the terms of agreement for a subscription is states nothing of having to wait in queue or not. It states that you pay to play the game. Well I paid and I am not playing the game.
I agree that I can play to on a lower population server that opened after launch, and I did move once. But now I should not have to start over a 3rd time because blizzard is cheap.
People should not have to start over to smooth things out, blizzard should provide transfer to smooth things out.
It seems more and more that you are a blizz employee trying to justify the retardness of this company.
In short you want more than you agreed to pay for. Alright.

If you come to McDonalds and there are three cash desks. One with long queue, one with moderate queue and last one with no queue. Which one you choose? I guess the one with longest queue and you start blaming McDonalds for not adding one more personal to the first cash desk with longest queue. Am I right?

Yep. Eventual queues are included in said game time according to the EULA.
Ok. So at a normal que at McDonalds when you get to the counter you pay - job done.
At a wow queue you invest time in your character. Thus moving to an ‘empty counter’ means loosing progress.

Ok That McDonalds analogy is off. But if I should fix that analogy:
- You come to Mcdonalds and only 1 of 3 counters is open so you place your order and wait for pickup. (Name reservation / character creation)
- Meanwhile a big queue forms up and to pick up your order you are required to stand in queue. (log in) OR
- The new counters are open one with medium and one with no queue, but you need to put place your order again and follow the same process waiting again to pick it up.
At this point I would go full Karen and wanted to speak to their manager.
