Me and my Fiancee are currently in search for a long term guild, due to irl issues have not been able to be online much but are now able to start playing fully again.

About us; We are 23 / 24 and living in Manchester. ( She’s red, I don’t care about football ) Searching for a fun casual heroic raiding guild, maybe venture into mythic if we are just facerolling heroic but for now banter and having fun is more of a priority then shiny loot.

I’m a Guardian druid currently gearing up 351 ilvl [re rolled from my blood dk 364 ilvl as prefer the style of druid] and my partner is 362 Arcane mage.

We haven’t cleared Uldir yet been trying to pug through but not had any luck.

Don’t want this to become too lengthy, we both love M+ and can raid any days longs if starts at or later then 20:00pm server time.

TL;DR:

• We are 8/8 HC, 3/8 Mythic, progressing on Vectis.

• We are still open for 4-5 trials.

• We raid 2.5 days a week Wed (20.30 - 22.30), Sunday (20.00 - 23.00), Tues(20.00 - 23.00).

So a bit about us :

I can’t say that we are a multi expansion guild, since we formed a month before BFA Launched (as planning for BFA). However the majority of us has been raiding with either Cuno or I in past Expansions - this making a solid core for mythic progression.

Our main goal is to get ALL Trials and Raiders the Cutting Edge, some time before the next raid comes out.

We currently have 24 active players on the raid-team:

Which we evaluate this on (and in this order!!) :

1. Attendance %

2. Mechanics performance

3. DPS/TPS/HPS

In short - having raided with us for a long time, should not be the sole reason for a raidspot. But to be considered for a raider spot you need at least 10 raids and 90% attendance.

RULES:

You are by default signed up for ALL 3 raids every week, so write in #afk (discord) if you are late/can’t attend. (I’f you can’t manage this, you do not belong in this guild)

We have a few rules, like most guilds, however I would like to emphasize that :

• It’s your job to stay updated on #announcements and #raid-posting on Discord.

• You need above 90% attendance (regardless of reason) to maintain a raider rank.

• You are never toxic, we do not have room for elitist jerks.

• You able to take and give constructive criticism (not deflecting).

• You write in #afk when you cannot attend or have a chance of being late (beforehand).

What our current raiders think is our best virtues:

• Guildies are good at compromising for the results.

• Guildies are good at helping one and another getting better at the fight/game.

• We raid with high spirits.

• We rarely get mad, and we never yell on discord.

• We have open and welcoming officers, for issues, ideas and constructive criticism.

• We analyze the fight as a guild, everyone is heard.

Casa del Diablo sounds as though it may suit your needs. We’re a new guild (Literally started less than a month ago), from the ashes of a long term Horde guild called Seren but we still have experienced, committed players and a robust guild infrastructure in place.

We started the guild specifically to fous more on the fun rather than the progressing side of Warcraft, as such, our focus is on Heroic content only, allowing time for family or real life or playing the game outside of raiding. Our members are in the 20+ to 40+ range.

We have just cleared 8/8 Heroic Uldir and are continuing to build the raid team even with the raid on farm, so there is plenty of time to grow with us, gear up and become an integral part of the team for the current and future content.
