That part isn’t show in the vid, the druid is already in flight from on the ground, but I presume so.
This is gonna be clunky.
If it’s not instant cast I won’t use it.
I am sure it is insant cast, but crazy good! 
It is going to be awesome to zoom at full speed but I would like and individual toggle button just for the form or for every mount instead of the current all or nothing. I like flying around Valdraken/Orgri going up and down or staying in a branch in the Emerald Dream waiting for the Super bloom and, if I see a rare or an event, mount the DR drake and zoom.
With the current status I would have to open the tab, 5 sec channel and then fly. It’s less fluid let say… Maybe we will get a macro or an addon to address it…

The favorite mount button can be dragged to your bars so I’m confident this one can be put there as well.

Looks like quality of life being removed which really really sucks.
Hopefully there will be a tome to separate static and dynamic flight forms like there currently is for flight and stag form. Or just a toggle to keep flight form static and use normal mounts for dynamic flying a la Dragonflight.
Surely being able to dragon fly is a QoL addition. Not removal?

Overall the flying with dragonflying / dynamic flight is kinda nice.
until you come into an area with more vegitation and trees and you sometimes get stuck in a tree somehow or a really small branch you cant see 
Especially for treasures / hopping on and off your mount the vigor system and charges depleting isnt ideal.
and i tend to use my normal mounts (even tho way slower) to farm herbs or mine stuff.
And if you are somewhere and you want to get somewhere fast, like a rare or event but you are out of vigor charges? bad luck to you! better luck next time.
The speed of flight is amazing, the charges feel a bit arbitrary and can be annoying at times.
You can just swap between the two modes. Just need to be grounded while doing it, I believe.
I hope so, Warmode being only to be toggled on / off in SW or ORG is more than enough hassle.
so just switching flight modes anywhere would be way better.

Looks like they changed this. From what I understood you could switch from TBC to DR simply by landing and toggle a spell. Now you need to land open mount tab then toggle and crawl across the sky, which means you take in way more of the artwork for the zones.
Still seems a bit clunky in my opinion.
