Ukrainian language on Activision Blizzard websites and in the battle.net application

Yeah Blizz, this would be really nice if we have a Ukrainian language in your services, we desperatly miss the chance to bring more players here.

Dear Blizzard, you have added payment in our national currency, please kindly add the ability to use our native language! :ukraine:

Adding the Ukrainian language to the website and the battle.net is not so difficult, especially for such a large company as Activision Blizzard. I fully support this idea!

I would love to have it too. I don’t really think UA servers are really necessary, though. The EN ones will do. The website interface and the BNet launcher interface could have the option to be in UA.

However, what I really wish they do is stop forcing Ukrainian players into RU-version of the website. If we don’t have a Ukrainian one, at least make it so that we land on the EU-EN version by default from Google search. This is annoying given that we belong to the EU region and play on EU servers.

Oh common, give me a break…this is rusophobia at extreme levels already, how about separate interface and servers for irish and scotish people, because they dont speak english they speak scotish and irish, diferrent servers for sicilians, or moldovians and so on…are you serious? Geezas…

And Ukranian servers, too. I imagine they’re not too keen on playing with Russians anymore…

There could have been friendship.

We in Ukraine are waiting for the Ukrainian language in Activision Blizzard games so hard. But for a start, it will be very nice if you will add Ukrainian in the BattleNet application and on the website

Activision Blizzard has already started the process of recognizing Ukrainian gamers by adding hryvnias to its store. It meant a lot to us and we are immensely grateful for this step. We ask you not to stop and go further, and add Ukrainian language to Activision Blizzard sites and the battle.net app.

Definitely support. Ukrainian should be supported as a language given the number of Ukrainians I come across generally.

Also a quick question, what realms are you guys generally playing on? Because if you’ve been historically on Russian realms then free transfers should be allowed away from those. But I may be barking up the wrong tree here.

Is it?

For all the disagreements that Sicily may have with Italy, or Scotland may have with England, they aren’t (yet) independent nations and we aren’t murdering their civilians and committing atrocities against them. Plus speakers of Scottish Gaelic/Sicilian are a small minority or also speak English/Italian as another language. So try again troll.

Possibly, but hardly a minority language either

A moderator should close this topic, politics and phobia have no place on wow forums.

Its neither of that. Its a request to get Ukrainian servers based on the OPs believe that the playerbase is huge enough to justify it. An Ukrainian player isnt the first do so for his own country. There were requests for other countries in the past as well.
