Doesnt matter. If you wipe 200 times because of these players, replace them. These are mostly the same people that are messing things up week in, week out. Its not mythic raiding like in rwf.

You still donāt get it. I had raids where one person did everything great then when everyone else was doing their jobs he messed up. If one person constantly fails itās easy to bench them, but itās not so clear who to bench if different people messes once per 20 pulls. You just need one perfect pull. So Iām sticking to my opinion about retail raiding.

No I donāt. Itās not exaggeration. I was RL for long time and it was hard to me to bench someone because everyone did mistake once in a while, it was so discouraging because every pull was āhere we go again, who will fail this mechanic this time?ā. Maybe Iām just too soft or overthink while RLing.

Same thing could have been said back then also tbf. All the tactics were there to be found online, although more often than not guilds didnāt look at all the tactics and just trying working it out for themselves and getting āfirstā wasnāt a thing until gaming/internet became mainstream and brought a lot of very young users in.

Such a clown reply. Just because one band of tryhards with 10 years of knowledge and countless trials in competitive area cleared it in 80 minutes, it doesnāt mean it is an easy raid. It takes 4+ hours for naxx 25 bis geared people, if they can compete. PUGs certainly had less than 20% chance for me to complete even.
Ulduar is harder than Naxx, just an objective fact.
